Strictly speaking about the DHL Service provided by this shop: DON T GO ! I have returned an amazon packet with a QR code, packed simply in the original amazon paper bag. The lady had some absurd comments ( just for the sake on commenting) mentioning that i needed to return the item unpacked. After a heated exchange where I told her that i m returning the item as it was received in a simple amazon paper bag, and her rambling on about how impolite I was to offend her with a packed return, I left the shop. My favorite persian supermarket in the heart of Munich, the owner lady is really nice person and treat really friendly, all the persian necessities like persian rice, tea, dried vegetables and beans are available and fresh. Take care they don’t accept credit cards for payment only cash. I guess they are the oldest one...

Der Reisekocher funktioniert nicht so wie es sollte aber die wollten es nicht akzeptieren . Beschimpfen mich und beleidigen mich als ein Video zeigen möchte wie der Reiskocher funktionieren sollte. Sohn und die alte Dame wollten nicht zugeben dass sie falsch liegen. Hatten immer wieder dort Probleme aber einen reiskocher musste ich kaufen aber NIE WIEDER betrete ich diesen Laden . Der Reiskocher war verpackt aber wenn man schon erklärt dass man der Reisekocher so nicht kennt und so nicht sein sollte dann sollten sie das einem glauben und akzeptieren. Wenn man schon ein beweisfoto bringt sollte angeschaut werden. Wie können sie dann sagen dass sie seit 20 Jahren verkaufen , wenn sie sich nicht mal damit auskennen. SCHWACHSINN Jeder andere der nicht diesen reiskocher nicht reklamiert hat kannte sich nicht aus .
