Secret gem in Munich’s maxvorstadt when it comes to healthy, nutritious and satiating bowls. I had the banana joe breakfast bowl and loved it. Never tried a bowl that was so creamy 😍 it had all I wanted so nothing to improve (you could add cacao nibs for extra crunch). Jay who prepared the food was super friendly and knowledgeable. Two minor points: very limited seating space and no restroom so it’s not a place to linger around. (If that’s what you are looking for). I will for sure come back for lunch. Summer 2022 **** Came back in February 2023 to have the Amazonas Bowl (9€). It was big and satiating. The açaí purée was too cold for me on this winter morning and the peanut butter that I ordered extra (1€) was hard to mix due to its sticky texture. Topping came with store-bought granola, blue berries, coconut flakes and chia seeds. Overall very good (8/10) - if you geek out about açaí bowls like I do though, you may find that’s there’s more potential here to make it 10/10.😅

This place is small and cozy place seating 8 people inside (a little tight) where you can get a variety of bowls with nutritious ingredients. We had the Pablo Esco Bowl and the Mangkok Bowl. Both very tasty. The Pablo Esco Bowl was heavily loaded and I was very quickly full and had to leave some behind. The mangkok bowl was a little tricky to eat but flavours were nice and it was a much lighter bowl than Pablo Esco bowl. Something to keep in mind depending on what kind of hungry you are. Their guava limo are really nice too, we tried the yuzu and lemongrass ones. We'd be happy to come back to try their breakfast bowls and blenders.

Had the Kalifa Vegan Bowl for take-away. It’s served with rice, falafel, backed aubergine, babyleaf-salat, cherrytomatos, coriander, sunflower seeds and Peanutbutter-Balsamico-Dressing. I think it’s a good portion, but could be a bit more for hungry eaters. Other than that, super fresh, super friendly staff and cute little location!

If you’re looking for fresh, healthy food with gf and vegan options this is by far the best place in Munich. We came here three times on or visit to the city and every bowl we had was amazing! We tried the Maya, Cosmopolitan, and Wellness bowls. The flavor and freshness was just what we were craving. The pink hummus is a personal favorite. The service was excellent and the lady who made our bowls was very friendly and kind which created a nice atmosphere. If you stop in you won’t be...
