Two weeks ago, I saw the long line outside my hairdressers window (who is next door) and after his raving review, I decided to give it a try…turns out that I was lucky to only wait 5min inside on this cold winter morning. While sitting at the long table fumbling with my chopsticks trying to pick up a loooong Biang Biang noodle, I look at the young boy opposite me (assuming he is Chinese) who is picking up one noodle after another… effortlessly…looking at me weirdly…then, the lady next to him asked if I want a fork 🙈 No, I want to give it another go (I can eat Vietnamese food with chopsticks!) finally I manage but sauce is splashed everywhere on the table. I highly recommend you don’t wear your best clothes! While I fight with the next noodle, Yina who opened the place a couple of month ago, told me that a bowl only has 1-2 noodles, that’s how long they are. (Check out the video to I posted). Apart from the noodles, I could only find pak choi 🥬 and garlic. For me that was too little green stuff but I heard most Chinese prefer this dish as the highlight is the biang biang noodle. Here is a review on my experience: ✅ Simple menu with two main dishes (BIANG BIANG NOODLE AND BAO) as well as starters and desserts. Love it! ✅ Most dishes on the menu contain meat but I find two vegan noodle options: SIMPLY BIANG BIANG (10€) and BIANG BIANG TOFU & SHITAKE (12.50€) ✅ Super friendly and smiling service staff and owners :-) when you sit on big table in front of the kitchen window, you can watch them preparing the noodles. ❎ Be prepared for a long wait ❎ The place is packed and quite lively/noisy - if you want peace while eating, you’ll not find it during peak times ❎ Unless you know how to eat with chopsticks, it may be a little challenging, don’t come in suit or white shirt as it will get messy.

The best handpulled (biang-biang) noodle in the town. The service are nice and the flavour is very good. From the dishes they offer, we ordered biang2 noodle with tofu shitake, beef and the dessert with fried bao with ice cream. All of them are very delicious. The noodle is very chewy and al dente. The sauce very flavourful a bit sweet umami I can say. The topping of tofu are very delicious, shitake mushroom so chewy and not to smelly. The beef topping also nice you get 3-4 big chunks, they come very hot and tender. I would say the noodle are the best here. For the dessert we have fried bao with ice cream, also very delicious 🤤 not too sweet but perfect. The portion is very enough for 2 people actually. If you don’t eat all your food they will give you box to take away. The spicyness here you can also order “asian spicy” so nice. The waiters are so nice and moving around so often but not annoying. I love their service so fast. The price is affordable and rather cheap. You can also pay by cash or card. The place rather eat and go style, sometimes you have a bit queue but for lunch should be fine. The place is also abit small so they have sometimes big table with people around next to you. But overall ambiance is okay. I love the taste and overall the ambience. I would recommend to friends and relatives. For me I will absolutely come back again and again. Asian approved! ✅

Located not so far from the city center, a moderate sized restaurant with a great atmosphere and superb food. Went there on a Tuesday for lunch and it was really packed. I also noticed that they got a lot of online orders too which is just crazy that a lot of people are really buying their food. I had to wait for a bit to get a table and there were also people waiting behind me. They have a few dishes that are for sharing which were basically appetizers, Baos with different fillings, few kinds of soups, biang biang noodles with different toppings, rice dishes, dessert, and drinks. I ordered their popcorn chicken and their Mr. Pork Bao. The popcorn chicken was very crispy but would’ve been better if it had more taste, although eating it with the smoky miso mayo that comes with it makes it delicious. The Bao with stewed pork belly filling tasted great! The pork was definitely stewed for quite a while as it had a lot of taste in it. Another reason for their popularity might also be their prices, it is not too expensive but you still get a good portion. Their service was also good and they have enough staff members to handle all the tables and online orders. One thing to highlight was how fast they prepared my food, they only needed a few minutes. Overall… it was a great experience to dine in this restaurant, the place is definitely...
