Story Café München — Restaurant in Munich

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a café. After sitting for about an hour working with a friend, I stepped outside for just 15–20 minutes to eat my own lunch out of respect (instead of eating it inside). When we came back, the manager (Taiwanese woman) was sitting at our table and immediately started yelling at me and my friend in front of the entire café. Even after we apologised repeatedly and explained we didn’t know their rule about leaving belongings, she kept shouting, humiliating me in front of everyone. She even kicked us out rudely, and then bizarrely came back just to yell some more. It was completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and insulting. The rest of the staff were polite, but this woman’s behavior was absolutely unacceptable. No customer deserves to be treated this way, and I will never set foot in this...

I was there several times on Saturday morning Positive parts: Atmosphere is good drinks and food are good free wifi

Negative parts: The smell of grease（not sure it’s from the oben or…) in the Cafe is strong sometimes. At least 3 times after leaving Story Cafe my hair and clothes are covered with the smell. If you plan to have a date or important meeting afterwards, you have to consider if this is the right place for you to come ( they might find the way to improve it)

Their staff are friendly but some of them might be lack of experience. Sometimes you'll see the table completely untidy for a while, and sometimes they don’t wipe the table...

So many costumers and only 2 persons working there . The orders were late of course . Anyway Nice coffee but the stuff has opened the main door 2 times in a row while we’ve have been there which was bad because we were freezing. The costumers were closing it and the stuff was opening again in fury . The second time that the door was opened one of the costumers which seemed angry left and close the door behind her. You enter a coffee bar to drink a hot coffee and get cozy and they’re freezing you in purpose . But why ? Maybe because they were only two and got hot meanwhile so they opened the door to take fresh air...
