CA-BA-LU Bar-Restaurant — Restaurant in Munich

If you like burgers and have never been to ca-ba-lu, then give it a try at least once. I have tried some burgers in Munich, and in my opinion, this is one of the best in town. Every time I have been there I see mostly locals and some alone just for the burgers, which says a lot about the quality of food.

Perfectly done patty (juicy) and decent sized (they have a small size too). Comes with a side serving of small rosemary potatoes and some coleslaw. Not very cheap burger, but not too expensive either (about 13-14 eur for the big sized with side servings).

Great burger 🍔 place! I would recommend you to try this place! The meat was so tender and the the bun also soft. The sauce was perfect. Mine was with fried onion so it was a bit crunchy as well. As side you can also get homemade salad and potato fried. Overall I love the combination, melted in your mouth with some crunch. Good burgers. Good sauce and fresh toppings. Drinks were very good. Full bar and knowledgeable at making cocktails. Service was fast and efficient, albeit not super friendly. Burgers were all a bit overcooked for our tastes (med well - no pink), and the fried egg was also pretty well cooked. The jalapeños didn't seem very spicy either, but we are accustomed to spice, so... We were not asked how we wanted our burgers cooked, and I did not think to mention it. Perhaps a language barrier?
