I was here only for lunch. The lunch menu consists of a limited but diverse variety of meat and vegetarian dishes of mixed spicyness, some of which gets quite hot. The price seems decent, although keep in mind that the serving sizes are rather small - you won’t feel too full. Flavours are fine, and the ingredient combinations are interesting at times (lemon chicken with cucumber), a big factor of why I left rather dissatisfied, however, was the freshness of the dishes. A lunch menu is supposed to be quickly served, in large quantities - there’s no reason it should sit around for a bit, cooling off in large trays, to be served lukewarm at best before the lunch hour rush even starts. Unfortunate.

29.04.25 Dear Team of Arisu, thank you from my heart for everything you did to make my birthday dinner an evening to remember for everyone, but most of all for me🫂...you all are truly, truly amazing people, serving amazing food, not only for the body, but for our souls!!!❤️ What you offer your customers is above and beyond - all of you walk the extra mile....May life's blessings be your reward!!!!! 감사합니다❤️🫂❤️🫂

Arisu

Walk in through the door, Feeling tired and hungry, Feeling kind'a low, Looking for a meal, good food, Just not the kind of food I already know. Sit down, see a warming smile, See the welcome beaming At me 'cross the aisle.

Swear to God I'm already Halfway brought to life and When I get the menu I Start to hope this is the place, These are the people That make me want to fly...

First taste, first spice, a little Bit of this, a little bit of that, A little bit hot, a little bit sweet, A little bit of everything, anything I'd ever think I'd need. Kindness, God Almighty, embodied here on earth, Served with every dish I see, Doing just a world of good - that Is what my heart, my gut are telling me.

And when it's cold outside, the Weather's real real bad, Come in for that steaming cup - Honest to God - resurrection soup: You're drowning and it's the hand that pulls you up.... What is it this country gives you, Gives your body, gives your soul, This Korean something that just wants to make you whole?

Swear to God I'm already Halfway brought to life and When I get the menu I Already know this is the place, These are the people That make me want to fly...

"Resurrection" soup was a freshly made eel soup I was offered to try, I was frozen through from the cold and I felt like it had brought me back...

This is the worst service I have ever seen in a restaurant. We came and there was no one inside and bunch of free tables, with no “reservation” sign on it. So we just sat down and waited till someone will come out. Then the waiter came and ignored us till we didn’t ask for a menu. The guy asked if we have reserved we said no. Then all of a sudden he became very rude and was pointing with his pen on us and blamed us for not being patient. In his opinion we just had to stay outside and wait when he decides to let us in. He said that “we can not just come in and sit”. Isn’t that the main purpose of a restaurant that you can choose a free table and sit down, I will remind you that there was no “reservation “ sign on the tables at all and more than a half of the tables were free. You know that you can avoid those situations by just putting the signs on the table. The waiter literally wanted us to stand up and go outside till he invites us. Never will I come back here. P.S.: I don’t think I am guilty for “not being patient”. The restaurant is guilty for not being clear. If the waiter would have accepted it and asked politely to sit on another table, we would have done it. But the guy decided that he does not want us to be there. I highly recommend you to check the worker who was working on 9Th September in the evening, if he meets your requirements. Unfortunately I did not ask his name because I didn’t want to stay there anymore, that was a...

I recently visited Arisu, a small Korean restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The restaurant was extremely cramped and crowded, and the strong smell of frying that pervaded the space was quite overpowering. The wait for the food to arrive was also quite long, which was frustrating.

To make matters worse, the quality of the food was subpar. The meat was chewy and had a leftover taste, suggesting that it may have been cooked the day before. The other ingredients were also tasteless, and the spiciness was overwhelming. In addition, the portions were exceptionally small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and hungry even after finishing my meal.

Overall, I would not recommend Arisu to anyone looking for a high-quality Korean dining experience. While the restaurant may be popular due to its small, cozy atmosphere, the food itself left much to be desired. If you're looking for a delicious, satisfying meal, it's best to...
