Good food but very poor service. The waitress got upset and told us off when we didn’t tip because we waited 1 hour to get our order. She asked why we would not tip and when we calmly explained that we waited long to order, she said she did not agree and told us off, even though it took so long because she and the other server were disappearing for 10 minutes every now and then to chat in the backroom while everyone was waiting to order. Do not recommend this place if you want to have breakfast and not get scolded by your waitress haha. It’s a pity because the food is good.

Ordered The American and a regular Coke on Wolt today at 11:15 am. At 12:15 pm I get a message from Wolt saying that the restaurant had "Lost my order" and I will be refunded and need to reorder. So I do, the courier arrives and waits 15 minutes at the store for some reason (I am now watching closely because I am very hungry), arrives finally at 13:30, so 2 hours and 15 minutes after ordered. The sandwich arrives cold, soggy AF and THERE IS NO BACON but for some reason there is goat cheese, which was not listed and I hate. Also, the regular Coke was a Coke Zero, which I also hate. Leider kann ich das Restaurant absolut nicht empfehlen. Ich war hier mit Freund*innen für eine Geburtstagsfeier und einen derart unterirdischen Service habe ich überhaupt noch nie erlebt.

Wir waren 10 Leute und haben teilweise über eine Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet. Das erste Essen kam nach ca 30 Minuten, der Rest nach und nach. Das letzte kam, als alle anderen bereits aufgegessen hatten. Die Bedienung hatte offensichtlich auch Probleme, die Bestellungen zu verstehen, vermutlich weil die Musik so laut war, dass es wirklich schwierig war. Aber nachgefragt wurde auch nicht, was zur Folge hatte, dass mehrere Gerichte zurückgehen mussten. Entschuldigung vom Servicepersonal? Fehlanzeige.

Mit den Getränken ging es ähnlich weiter, aber der Supergau war die letzte Runde, also Kaffee und Eisgetränke. Von 8 Bestellungen kamen nur zwei wie bestellt. Anstatt drei Eisschokoladen kam EIN Eiskaffee, von dem die Bedienung uns auch noch dreist weismachen wollte, dies sei die Eisschokolade. Die drei Eisschokoladen kamen dann... ohne Eis. Auch hier keine Entschuldigung sondern unmotiviertes Gebrummel.

Der Gipfel an Dreistigkeit war dann, dass drei der Getränke, die zurückgegangen sind, weil niemand sie bestellt hatte, trotzdem auf der Rechnung standen. Und erst, als die Bedienung explizit von uns darauf angesprochen wurde, gab es eine halbscharige Entschuldigung, dass es halt ein neues Team sei und deshalb etwas schwierig.
