BÖCKLIN COFFEE — Restaurant in Munich

Picked this coffee shop to meet my friend, his wife and two kids. The atmosphere seemed pretty lively - the staffs were cordial and friendly. However, the service was quite disappointing - my friend's kid wanted to have a pretzel sandwich (pretzel filled with some cream in between) that she saw in the display right after entering, there were at least three left in the display. We placed an order for one and paid - however we were told a little while later that the pretzels were sold out and were given a croissant instead. I saw the staffs providing food without following any protocol for the order placement rank - it is likely that some customer got pretzels from the counter even though they arrived later while we were waiting in our seats, my cappucino never arrived, while I saw at least 10 coffees being served to other customers who came after me, including a few lattes/cappucinos. My Frühstück order came in tree steps - croissant when I ordered, some bread after 15 mins, then the eggs in about 15 more minutes (and no coffee - had to leave without it). I would strongly recommend this coffee shop to streamline their service - instead of taking a lot of orders at once and messing up, probably it would be best to follow some sort of first-come-first-serve policy. It would also help if you reconfirm the order with the customer just to make sure no items were missed, and bring all the items in an order together instead of bits and pieces at s time. As for food, the croissant and bread tasted good but those were cold - an option to warm baked goods up...

An okay coffee shop that offers a variety of coffees and small meals. We were here for a while just reading and they have outlets for charging which was nice. We had a few iced lattes and butter pretzels, simple and good but nothing memorable. There were a few bees buzzing around their pastries which felt a bit unhygenic. Their bathroom seemed to not be super well managed or cleaned by staff, paper towels were overflowing in the bin and the toilet lid wasn't clean. Staff was nice and helpful although there was a bit of a mix up with one of our orders. Would only come back if I needed a place to sit and charge...

Wir waren heute zusammen mit einem Freund dort zum Frühstücken. Wir hatten zweimal das BÖCKLIN Frühstück und einmal das Fladenbrot. Bei meinem Böcklin Frühstück hat der Schnittlauch gefehlt und der Brotkorb bestand aus je zwei Hälften 'Laugenecke' und 'Sesam-Hörnchen'. Letzteres war geschmacklich vom Vortag. Nachdem mein Teller serviert wurde, wurde zunächst eine andere Kundschaft mit deren Rührei-Bestellung bedient. Es dauerte gute 25 Minuten, bist der zweite Böcklin-Teller aus der Küche kam - dieses mal war jedoch der bei mir gänzlich fehlende Schnittlauch durch Rucola ersetzt worden - hiervon wurde nichts gesagt. Dafür gab es keine Butter, die wiederum bei mir mit dabei war. In beiden Portionen waren Zwiebeln mit angerichtet, die nicht beim Menü aufgezählt wurden, was nicht jedermanns Geschmack ist!? Sorry liebe Köchin, bei einem Preis von 21,90 € für den Böcklin-Frühstücksteller mit 3 Eiern und den überschaubaren Zutaten, kann man durchaus erwarten, dass dies vollständig serviert wird bzw. bei Änderungen der Kunden zuvor gefragt oder zumindestinformiert wird.

Als die Bedienung darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass keine Seife und kaum noch Toilettenpapier in der Toilette waren, war dieser Zustand auch noch nach gut 45 Minuten unverändert; an dieser Stelle sei erwähnt, dass die Bedienung keinesfalls ausgelastet war, sonderns sich lieber selbst etwas zum Essen bereitet hatte ..

Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt. Auch der Service hat noch Luft nach oben.
