Very disappointing service!! I went in to order a beer, was ignored by the bar keeper while he was starring at his phone and when I asked him if he was taking any orders he said yes but kept ignoring me for another minute. When I finally could order a beer he had no glass, took an old unwashed one, rinsed it with water only which is utterly disgusting. No snacks offered even though promised on their website. One of those experiences that kill your mood and your evening when you were excited. No smiles, nothing, just arrogance and ignorance. Be aware of that before you go there. I will definitely write an e-mail to the local health authority regarding their lax attitude towards offering people...

I haven’t met such a rude person in ages. I was completely ignored at first and when the bartender eventually grudgingly acknowledged me he was rude and told me I couldn’t order a drink without using the app. I was standing in front of him with cash and my phone was dead. We left without having been served. The app takes priority always he chimed. It seemed like a fun spot from the street. DON’T BE FOOLED. Avoid it and go to one of the other fabulous bars this great city...

The guy with the hat working there did not understand that part of his job is to be kind towards the people that in the end are his customers. He is not doing his colleagues a favor who seemed to be alright. Never have I been treated with that kind of disrespect before. Avoid the place if you are a kind and friendly...
