We used to go here often many years ago and came back since we were nearby. The food was great, we had two pizzas and both were exactly as expected or better. The drinks. Well...NO REGULAR PEPSI. This is just bizarre, but they only do pepsi zero. I ended up not drinking anything as there wasn't an option....we're still in shock. The atmosphere is a view at BMW world with slightly dated, but perfectly agreeable decor... pretty nice overall. We will be back as this was a rare meal where both kids loved it but...I need to figure out a drink option! Wow.

The worst customer service during my eurotrip. Food was okay, just what you could expect from a fast food restaurant. The bad experience came when the waiter whose name is Yousif started to yell at me. I was ordering a refillable Pepsi when he interrupted me to say that a refill can't be shared (he thought we were trying to share one drink between two people) but no, my partner wanted the pepsi and I wanted a beer. So, when he interrupted me, he was so rude and I tried to explain and he continued saying that a refill is only for one person, but visibly angry 😡, at that point I told him: "I'm not understanding", what I want is a refill Pepsi and one beer, so he immediately changed his face and intended to smile saying "aaaaah, so it's ok". But at that moment I was angry at the treatment he had given to me. He probably noticed, because during our stay he never appeared again, other waiters came occasionally to check our table. But when I asked for the check Yousif came and simply threw it on the table as well as the bank terminal. I paid, he expected me to give him the terminal on his hand but instead I gave him a taste of his own medicine throwing away the terminal. He left the table whispering some words in German that I couldn't understand (probably insults). Anyway, I left the place with a bad taste in my mouth, definitely the worst experience at a restaurant in Europe.

I’m an American who visited here after the BMW museum tour and the food was nothing short of appalling. The food was dry and it reminded me of eating cardboard. Far overstuffed, and no one seems capable of cutting a pizza. My buddy and I had to take two minutes just to separate each slice from the whole pie. And I ordered a side salad doused with canned corn, not strained. We asked for Pepsi and the dude gives us Pepsi zero. Anyways never eating Pizza Hut again anywhere in the world after this. Thx

I had picked up a pizza slice 3 years back at Isartor from Pizza Hut, and it was amazing. I had built it up in my head when I visited Pizza hut recently, but sadly I was a tad dissappointed with the taste. We ordered one Meat lover’s pan pizza and one Chicken supreme pan pizza. Although yummy and tasty, and the pizza crust being super soft, the pizza sauce was not that great and it wasn’t that spicy for me. Strangely, Pizza hut doesn’t have Jalapenos as toppings. Overall 3/5

Pizza is really great it was quiet crowded I have called in the afternoon for reservation but I was told that it is already full. I went there and waited for about 15 minutes but finally we could be seated The only problem is that the staff were mean they were late all the time we had to repeat our order several times but they were mean and asked us meanly to ask one of them but we kept waiting for ages to refill the glasses or even taking orders.
