This place deserves 5 stars but not yesterday 19.11.2022 ...the service was very less rewarding due to apparently a new staff " female", very unexperienced and rude We could see her colleague also trying to guide her and show her, she kept coming to our table asking us if we would like another drink while we still had half cups of tea after 14 min she came twice pushing us to order something else we usually do and we would ask when we will have empty cups it s tea not beer to fill up the table all over, the shisha is always top notch, we left after 30 min as we didn't enjoy it and we didn't order more drinks bcz we didn't want to deal with her to make it worse when we asked for the bill my husband told her to keep the 3 Eur and give him back the rest but she continued acting cheap pretending she doesn't have more change in the wallet while I could see she had many coins I honestly do not know how much coins as it was dark so she gave us 24 instead of 25 she decided to take 1Eur more! It is not about 1Eur it is about how cheap she was acting while other staff are excellent we were always happy, everyone is polite and helpful especially the guy and another female lady with short hair we always find her there she s courtous and always smiling. Well to the managers select carefully your staff ..select who can be an asset to your nice place if you want to keep the same path and 5* service...

I was driving through germany thought Id stop for a late night shisha however my detour wasn’t worth it at all, the shisha was terrible i tried to tell the worker however he told me that the shisha was the best in germany, I wouldn’t recommend if you come from smoking good shisha. Heute bin ich alleine gekommen und habe 1 Wasserpfeife und 1 Cola bestellt. Während ich die Produkte verzehrte, kamen meine Freunde zu Besuch und wir waren 4 Personen und saßen für 4 Personen am Tisch. Als der Kellner kam, sagte er, dass es mindestens 2 Wasserpfeifen geben müsse, um 4 Personen unterzubringen. Wir sagten ihnen jedoch, dass wir nichts sagen könnten, weil meine Freunde keine Wasserpfeife benutzten. Danach wurde meinen Freunden die Situation unangenehm und sie gingen. Als dann meine Freunde und eine verantwortliche Person aufstanden, kamen sie zu mir und sagten mir, dass diese Situation nicht richtig sei und dass ich eine Schande sei. Sie sagten, dass dies das System hier sei und dass sie nichts tun könnten. Ich werde nicht mehr in das Café kommen, in das ich seit etwa 8 Monaten regelmäßig komme. Wenn Sie Ihre Freunde nicht in Verlegenheit bringen wollen, empfehle ich Ihnen, nicht mit einer Gruppe hierher zu kommen. Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich ein so ungenaues System gesehen habe, ich werde diesen Ort nicht noch...
