Delicious food and friendly service, dragged down by long waiting times, very cold temperature and an unfriendly owner/manager. The frutti di mare pizza was delicious and made with high quality ingredients: the soft and chewy pizza dough was covered in a flavorful tomato sauce and topped with perfectly grilled octopus and prawns. The sweet fresh tomatoes and balsamic cream paired perfectly with the slightly bitter arugula and meaty seafood. The service was friendly and the price-quality ratio for the food is good. Whilst the interior design exudes a warm and hip atmosphere, the temperature in the dining room was just too cold. Almost everyone in our large group of 30 was cold, even the men. So much so, that many ordered tea instead of wine and beers. The waiting times for both drinks and food were very long. It took about 15-20min for the drinks and around 60min for the food to arrive. Finally, when I asked the waiter to please refill my cup which had freshly sliced ginger pieces from the tea I had finished with hot water (as it was so cold in the restaurant), he did so willing without mentioning anything. I was then shocked when the bill arrived, as I was charged for the hot water refill as if I had ordered a new tea. So 4.90€ for a top up of hot water! Firstly, if you charge extra for hot water, you should inform your guest that you charge for a water top up. Secondly, if you charge for a hot water top up, it should not be the ridiculous price of a new tea with fresh ginger and honey. To sum up, delicious food but not worth the wait, the cold or the back-handed treatment of guests.

the hotel place has a nice location Adlerstrasse near restaurants pubs etc but quite dirty inside and not maintained. cleaning in the room was not done completely when i arrived . after that they performed okish. dishwasher machine broken, hairdryer broken, kitchen faucet broken!rooms are very small! room walls are full of stains!!! in the building from Adlerstrasse there are constructions done as you can see the dust was not wiped for 5 days from the inside floor door entrance . regarding the reply from the owner here i find it quite occurred because rather then fixing the issues they bring up some covid bla bla which ok got them struggling but they have to provide good quality for the prices required. have in mind in this location there is a bar club nearby in the night is really loud. the rooms are not that sound proof you can hear the neighbors sleeping/walking. my suggestion is they put in the work fixing stuff. is fair that customers know about this place. for sure i will avoid it in future.

I stayed at the apart-hotel DasPaul in Nurmberg for a couple of days. I racommend it to everyone who come to the city without their own car because of its perfect central position that favors anyone who wants to walk in the town or be close to a metro station (nearest Lorenz-kirche) that lead you all over the city. Apart-hotel has a simple to say non-existent reception that does not require any special check in or check out. By arrival, you will get a card that opens the entrance door from the building where there apartments are. The card opens the ap.door too. The apartman is modernly equipped, clean and tidy with all necessary (towels, soaps, hair dryer, iron, coffee maker with ampoules, botled water). Breakfast and other meals are possible at the restaurant/bar next door. The restaurant is stylish eith a lovely tertace. A popular place in town with lots of young people. I highly recommend the acconodation and the local.

we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was lovely.||the location is in the city center, very close to anything you might need: metro station (U2), a big market center with a grocery store and lots of shops (Galeria), a variety of restaurants, etc. (keep in mind this store is closed on Sundays and during national holidays, as well as most of the other stores in the city).||the room is very clean, and spacious. Check-in/out is automatised, no interaction with staff, except for breakfast.|You will do a self check-in at the hotel where the restaurant is, by filling in some details on a tablet, and you will have to code some cards for your room (max 3 cards). Sounds complicated, but it is very easy, so dont worry. You have all the indications on the tablet.|The hotel has 2 buildings: one with the restaurant and the other one, 1 minute walking distance (depends on the room number you got allocated on the tablet during checkin).||If you don’t want your room cleaned that day(do not disturb), you just need to push the button on the door before going out. Once you are back in the room, you will have to push it again, to re-activate the Do not disturb mode, if u still want it on.|The hotel sends all this information via messages in the Booking app or Text message.||The a-la-carte breakfast is absolutely next level. AMAZING. We are very impressed.|You can have as many non-alcoholic drinks as you want and choose one of the available breakfast items from the list. They look and taste so, so good. This is the best breakfast at a hotel we had so far. Compliments to the chefs!||Highly...

We picked this hotel because of it's location, and it indeed is the best part of it. The self check in was a bit weird as there were no clear instructions. We noticed other people having the same puzzled look on their face. Instructions could be easily emailed. Ultimately we figured it out and opening the door with your phone is great, no need for a key. The room is fine, it's clean, great to just go to sleep after a nice day in the city; not really for hanging out and enjoying the room. Our room had a weird toilet placing where it would be hard for a tall person to sit on, luckily we aren't big or tall, but it would be an issue for others. Also be aware that there is no elevator, so if you have issues with stairs or heavy suitcase you'll want to stay as low as possible. The room had AC, we didn't need it in Feb, but it's good to know they have it as I'm sure it's quite hot in the summer. Check out was relatively easy once you figured it out by scanning the QR on the door. I had to find the reservation number AGAIN, so have it handy. We only had drinks at the restaurant, which were great and very friendly staff. Would recommend going even if not staying.

Nice place to just sleep right in the middle of the city. To the staff, just add clear instructions on what to do in an email; would make a world...
