On 18. August, we went to this nice and easy corner in the station. We enjoy actually Dean& david smoothies and falafel salad. But my wife had an annoying surprise. She simply wanted to pay for a smoothie, but the guy at cash desk said for this price there were no smoothies. Although it was clearly mentioned on the menu board behind, he said he was sorry, he can't sell. He looked quite annoyed and was tense, probably because he was not told before. I assume it was also a surprise for him.
Apparently, company has changed the prices centrally and reflected on cash machine software. But simply did not change the menu.
And there is one universal rule, even in some underdeveloped countries: always prices on the label are valid.
We are totally annoyed and not thinking to stop by there any more. It is not worth a stupid tensioon on a weekend.

Read moreI tried to order a falafel wrap without the Mexican salsa. The female worker shook her head “NO” and said I had to take the food that was already prepared. I kindly explained to her that spicy sauces cause me stomach issues (no matter how mild the sauce is). She kept shaking her head “NO”. I asked why but she didn’t even care to explain to me why she couldn’t take 2-3 minutes to make one wrap without the Mexican salsa. I was the only customer there for a while. There were other things I wanted to order (juice and brownie) as I usually do, but decided at that moment to never support this establishment again!
