Domino's Pizza Nürnberg Mitte — Restaurant in Nuremberg

SERIOUSLY THE WORST PLACE EVER. When we called after over an hour, they said it is "still in work" (which as it turned out meant it wasn't even being started) and will take another half an hour. There wasn't even a word of apology, let alone of some bonus. In such case it's really difficult for the customer to say the obligatory German "thank you" at the end of the conversation, even "OK" was a stretch since it's obviously not OK.

After calling in an additional hour (!!!) they said it is out and will take about 20 more minutes - obviously another lie and AGAIN no word of apology. After 2:40 hours we cancelled our order and are now hoping to get our PayPal money back.

Seriously what kind of an incompetent service are you running there?! You completely RUIN people's weekend with the waiting and the attitude. Not saying sorry and LYING is so over the line.

And NO I won't waste any more of my time to submit feedback so don't bother suggesting that. Order number was TU2R9F check it yourselves and if you have any decency, check the quality of the team working that time.

Obviously, we won't be ordering from Domino's ever again. For those prices we could have ordered from a local, honest place and saved a ton of time to do something better. We would suggest also to our friends to not order from Domino's or if they do, to not use PayPal, to save themselves the risk of paying in advance for this...

My fiance and I were totally excited to hear there is Domino's in Germany. What an awful disappointment this was! Service was lacking even though there were 4 guys standing outside and there were no other customers, we still had to wait to be served and then about 20 minutes to get our order. Haben letzten Samstag bestellt. Etwas über 1,5h Lieferzeit an einem Samstag kann schon mal sein. Hier wäre aber ein kurzer Hinweis, dass es länger dauern kann, schon schön. Wir hatten Pizzabrötchen, Cinnamonbread, ein Shake und Cheesy-Nudeln. Zunächst einmal, alles war wie bestellt da. Aber die Nudeln waren super hart, trocken und die Frühlingszwiebeln haben gefehlt, das Cinnamonbread war auch sehr hart, überwiegend verbrannt und schmeckte überhaupt nicht nach Zimt und die Pizzabrötchen waren ebenfalls fast alle verbrannt. Nur der Shake war gut. Der Lieferant war aber die Krönung. Er fragte, ob das Essen nur für mich wäre (war es nicht, sollte aber auch völlig egal sein) und meinte dann, dass ich auf meine Figur achten sollte. Ich habe eine völlig normale Figur (wenn auch das absolut irrelevant sein sollte), der Spruch geht gar nicht. Hätte am liebsten mein Trinkgeld zurückverlangt. Nachdem ich online eine schlechte Bewertung abgegeben habe, hat man mir einen 10€-Gutschein übermittelt. Das ist zwar ein guter Service, aber da ich nicht zum ersten Mal unterirdisches Essen (Pizza zu fettig oder verbrannt) bekommen habe, ist eine neue Bestellung eher unwahrscheinlich.
