I stayed the hotel. The room is very loudly from the music of the bar under and beside the hotel and someone chatted loudly outside. I can’t sleep at the whole night. It didn’t have 24hours reception I called the emergency contact number to a lady. She just told me “We are fully booking I can’t help you. There is in central is loudly. “ I said to her “ I have travelled all over the world. It’s not normally noisy and loudly. I think I’m not the only one to complain this, right?” She hung me up immediately. I wanna call her again. She turned off the phone. Isn't the emergency contact number for emergency use? Why does it turn off? It’s crazy hotel. I have never stay that kind of hotel. I recommend DO NOT stay there is good for your health, safety and happy travel trip.
Following up this issue: I reported police because the hotel violated to me and need other one and more to know how poor the hotel. They have serious procedures to ‘kick out’ complaint clients. Be careful ! The procedure is that:
Firstly, as they mentioned they try to change my room and told me ‘just have this room can change to me’. I think is Ok! just one night! I accepted coz I did not sleep at the whole night did not want to find other hotel. I was really tired. When I prepared to change my room I saw that another room may be better to far away a little bit the bar. I requested politely the hotel manager. The manager loudly shouted to me ‘Don’t! I do not give you any other room!’ I genteelly said ‘Please claim down, I just wanna change another same type room.’ Immediately, another her colleague a lady caught me to get the room key in my hand. I’m very shocked they did that. Indeed, I did not do anything aggressive behaviours. Secondly, they called a big strong man up to catch me and make me hurt. I cried and seek help to call police and other residents came outside the reception want to help me … but they stopped the residents doing that ……it’s very crazy . I said ‘I did not do anything why you done that to me! (I was crying )’ 😢 more residents to come out their rooms and breakfast room. The big strong man wanna catch me again, as they mentioned I come into the breakfast room to seek help by other residents. I was very fear 😰 There were a lot residents as witnesses and have videos to provide the police. Finally, they ‘kick me out’ and the big guy said ‘such hotel is that! you can find another one is better a lot.’ OMG🙈
Therefore, the hotel room must have noise, and they have their experienced procedure to ‘kick out’ complaint clients, even by violence, as I’ m a polite, short and little Asian lady. 😌😢Hope no one experience as me💚🙏🏻
PS: it let me get bad image to Germany 🇩🇪. Fortunately, another hotel staffs and Police helped and supported me a lot. They also said ‘Can’t accept any violence!’ I think Germany also have a lot of good things. 😊
Don’t Go ! Don’t support...
Read moreMarta and Miguel’s room has a loggia which our room does not, making their room slightly bigger than ours. However I feel joy for them and not jealousy because our room is sufficiently sized and Miguel and Marta are my friends. Now we are trying to figure out where to go. An anonymous person in our party is curious as to the kind of location that the influencer who was at the show would go to, but he doesn’t necessarily want to go to the bar as well. However it is likely we will go to the bar across the street called society. Ultimately we are grateful that the promoter got us a hotel that is so close to the venue. We are also happy that the breakfast is paid for by the promoter. Pat is also happy that the purple chair in his room matches the purple trash can. Jane and Pat got some curry wurst from a kind man with dreaded blond hair at the local establishment called durst wurst. I got a beer but no wurst. They also got beer. It’s fun to spend time with my colleagues who have also...
Read moreWonderful hotel at a great location. 3-4 min walk to the subway/Central Train Station, in the southern part of Old Town. A short walk to everything else in Old Town.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by Michael, a very polite and informative host. (All other staff were equally as friendly). Check in was very easy and without complication. The room was the typical size for a European hotel. Clearly, this hotel has been well kept and maintained. It appeared to be renovated recently.
What stood out the most about this hotel was that the room was immaculate. Spotless and clean in every way.
I added the breakfast buffet each morning for $9/day. There was a good variety or common breakfast foods and all were good. Certainly worth the price paid.
Overall, my stay here was a pleasure and well worth the amount paid. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay there again if I return...
