Had been recommended by local friends a few times and managed to have a dinner at the restaurant yesterday.

The food was amazing. But the service was disgusting!!!

We were served by a guy with long hair because he was the only one who could help English speaker customers.

When we asked for some garlic and chilies for the BBQ, the guy didn’t only complaint that that’s the first time he was asked for this, but also cover his mouth to show that he thought that garlic is smelly. What’s the point?

For the second time when we felt uncomfortable, he was trying to clean the table and we were trying to help to load the dishes simply just handing the glass to him (because he had been doing that for a long time!). He rudely pushed our hands away.

We didn’t understand his intentions and don’t think we did anything that made him unhappy so we were treated this way. Bad experience and if you want to visit the restaurant, avoid that long hair server to make your day away from misery.

Service, Freundlichkeit und Sprachkenntnisse noch stark ausbaufähig Wir waren dort zu einem Essen eingeladen, 4 Personen, Tisch rechtzeitig reserviert. Beim Ankommen (2 Personen) wurden wir von einer jungen Frau (Deutsch, vermutlich Aushilfskraft) empfangen die uns nach Info, dass wir reserviert hatten, zwei Tisch zur Auswahl angeboten hat. Diese hat dann auch schon unsere Getränkebestellung aufgenommen. Kurz danach kamen die beiden weiteren Personen und das Drama nahm seinen Lauf. Das Essen und die restlichen Getränke wurden von einer asiatischen Frau aufgenommen, diese ist oder war aber der deutschen Sprache mehr oder wenig nicht mächtig. Normalerweise genügt es bei einem asiatischen Restaurant die Nummern zu sagen, selbst dies wurde nicht verstanden und es mussten die Gerichte in der Karte gezeigt werden. Die restlichen Getränke und nur drei Gedecke wurden, von einem jungen asiatischen Mann gebracht. Dieser hat dann auch die Vorspeisensuppe gebracht, allerdings drei Stück obwohl nur einmal bestellt. Die Hauptgänge wurden zeitlich stark versetzt serviert und einer wurde komplett vergessen, wahrscheinlich deshalb dafür die drei Suppen und auch nur drei Gedecke. Es musste mehrfach auf das vierte Gedeck hingewiesen werden und das letzte Essen kam erst als die Anderen bereits fertig waren. Der junge Mann war außerdem sehr unfreundlich uns gegenüber. Es hat sich mal wieder bestätigt wenn mehrere Personen einen Tisch bedienen geht es schief, weil der eine nicht weiß was der andere schon gemacht hat. Wenn man dann auch noch der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig ist und dazu noch unfreundlichen sieht man die Gäste bestimmt kein zweites Mal. Es wäre sinnvoller gewesen die komplette Bestellung von der Mitarbeiterin, die Deutsch verstanden und sprechen konnte, aufnehmen zu lassen. Zum Servieren genügen dann ja auch mangelhafte Sprachkenntnisse. Erlebnisgastronomie der anderen Art. Mahlzeit. P.S. An der Qualität und dem Geschmack der Essen gab es nichts...
