Malefiz - Café & Bar - Regensburg — Restaurant in Regensburg

This place was really good. I dont know what "busy road" was meant by the previous reviewer its part of the pedestrian zone of the old town. We had the fish risotto and Arepa Repollo was nothing I had ever experienced before. Phenomenal. In the evenings they turn the lighting down in to cosy-mode. Definitaly will return when back in Regensburg. We even took out out one of the breakfast boxes (we hat the vegan version) the next morning. Even that was a well made breakfast picnic we had at the river. For the Box I would recomend to bring your own cutlery. (or that you nicked from the hotel buffet the previous...

I chose this Café after googling "Açaí Bowl Regensburg" and unfortunately this was a big disappointment. The Café sells a Yogurt Bowl, which they name as "Açaí Bowl". The price is exorbitant for what you get given that yogurt is really cheap in Germany. The staff was, however, nice and took the critic well. The granola and the other bowl we ordered was tasty. I am leaving this critic here as a constructive feedback and I hope that the Café staff takes it into consideration to either change the name of the bowl or to really use açaí...

Preis-Leistung leider komplett mies.. ich war super enttäuscht!! Eine Freundin und ich haben uns für das Frühstück für 2Pers. entschieden. Geschmacklich lecker - keine Frage! :) Aber wie man auf dem Foto sieht, hatten wir ein paar Scheiben Wurst und Käse auf der Platte. Plus ein kleines Schälchen Marmelade und ein wenig Obst. Das Avocadobrot war so groß wie ein Toast und das für Zwei..wir haben es halbiert und hatten das Problem dass ich das Brot mit reinem Eiweiß hatte und meine Freundin die andere Hälfte mit all dem ausgelaufenen Dotter. Sehr ärgerlich. Für den Preis und wenn es heißt „für zwei“ kann ich doch 2 Brote erwarten. Das gleiche mit dem Joghurt - es war ein kleiner Becher welcher nicht mal 4-5 Löffeln an Inhalt war. Zudem mussten wir beide aus dem gleichen Glas löffeln was auch eine Frage der Hygiene ist.. ich zB war leicht erkältet und fand es äußert fragwürdig dass wir beide mit dem Löffel da rein mussten. Unabhängig davon dass so jeder nicht mal 2-3 kleine Löffel abbekam. Auch im Brotkorb zB nur eine Scheibe Maisbrot oder ein Croissant..und in Summe nur 5 halbe Minischeiben Brot. Und klar - wir hätten sicherlich mehr Brot bekommen auf nachfragen. Aber die Platte hätte an Wurst/Käse gar nicht mehr hergegeben als für die paar Scheiben. In Summe hat nur diese Platte 32€ gekostet!!! Ohne Getränke welche noch on top kommen. Und für den Preis, auch wenn wir satt wurden und es an sich lecker war, ist es bedeutend zu teuer!! Neben dem dass es in meinen Augen nicht „für Zwei“ von der Menge bzw der Anzahl einzelner Produkte ist.

Service hingegen war super nett. Aufmerksam...
