Very poor service! As tourists, we didn’t know the rules of your café. We wanted to buy a snowball, and were asked whether we wanted to eat in or take away. We said we wanted to eat in, but your staff had already packed the snowball in a paper bag. When we said we’d like to eat at the café, the staff responded with a rude tone, saying that the price is different for dine-in and takeaway.
We’re fine with the price difference—small amounts of money don’t matter to us. Then we ordered coffee and were asked what size. The staff asked if we wanted a small or normal size. We said we wanted the large one, and the staff rudely said that “normal” and “large” are the same. Then she kept mumbling in German, badmouthing us. Good thing we understand German.
This staff member really has an attitude problem. Especially considering you run a café that targets tourists—this is how you treat them? Maybe you should fix your mental issues before you’re ready to run a café and properly...
