Echte Erfahrung und Reaktion von einem Manager Bei Ochs'n Willi(Total RASSISMUS) nachdem wir ein Haar im Gericht gefunden haben: the manager: We have checked in the kitchen that the chef who made the butter is bald and has no hair, so it's impossible for a hair to be inside it. Perhaps the hair fell from somewhere during delivery or from you (he pointed at us and seemed to believe we had put the hair inside the butter). We: But the hair is inside the butter, not on the surface. We just want to check. If you want to verify whether the hair is from us, you can check the color of the hair; we all have black hair. It took a while, but he picked up the fork and checked, finding the hair to be blond. The manager then said: Oh, it's blond/brown. We: we think it's impolite to suspect that we put the hair inside the butter intentionally. The manager asked: What does "polite" mean? We: Höflich in German. The manager then continued with a long explanation about how they had checked that the chef who made this dish had no long blond hair, but he didn't really seem sorry to suspect us. He then said: We can offer you free beer, coffee, what do you want? We replied: We believe this should not have happened, as Germany has very strict regulations regarding restaurant sanitation. And we find it really rude, especially since it seems you're accusing us of putting the hair in the butter. The manager then asked: Where are you from? We: From China. The manager yelled at us: Do you think China has stronger regulations than Germany? Our restaurant has a history of more than 50 years... We: No, it's not about competition between countries or the long history of the restaurant. We think it's a serious problem in Germany. At this point, the manager yelled at us: What do you want? So you want us to go outside to talk and then you kill me? Because in China, you people always do that. Shocked by these words, we: Why are you saying this? It's racism. The manager insisted: It's not racism, it's the reality in China. I'm talking about politics. We: It's far from what we're discussing right now. These are racist words and behavior. We shouted "DAS IST RASSISMUS" several times. He then left, saying: I will leave you the check and please never come back to our restaurant. Afterward, he disappeared. We...

We found a hair in the 'hausgemachter Kräuterbutter', which was served in the Ochs’n Willi’s Grillpfännle for 32 Euro. Great. BUT the reaction of the restaurant's manager was questioning whether the hair was from us.. Is that really the normal reaction of a restaurant when the customer pointing out the food sanitary issue? Or is it a strategy to divert the direction of the argument? Not sure. We were told that the chef who made it has no/short hair, but it doesn't matter. It didn't change the fact that there is a brown-ish hair in our food and none of us has brown hair.. One thing led to another, suddenly my nationality plays a big role here. During the argument about the hair in our food, one of the manager just yelled at me that why not we go outside and I can use a pistol to shoot him -- because that is what CHINESE do in China?? Then he yelled more about China, which has nothing to do with our previous argument. Definitely such statement is racist, and I said it immediately very loud: Das ist Rassismus! Other customers must heard me. He said it's not racist, but would he do the same if I were German or I originally came from a country that he's 'in favour' for? That's something we should all reflect with.
So as a restaurant who provide food and service, unfortunately Ochs'n Willi failed. I am sad, because I've actually been here several times before and I always have a great time. I love their spare ribs. Now to think of it, maybe it was because this horrible manager has never served our table. And of course, there was never a hair in the food.
Anyway, no more recommendation to my international friends. Apparently we're not welcome here (that's actually what this manager said). I guess you are only welcome if you say nothing to a hair in the food. If the restaurant can tolerant such behaviour, maybe they do have a 'preferred' race of their customers. And this restaurant is providing service on the main street of Stuttgart? Maybe Stuttgart shouldn't advertise 'THE...
