I would not recommend this bar based on my recent experience. They continue letting people in even when the venue is clearly over capacity and there are no available seats. You’re required to pay an entrance fee upfront, but once inside, you might find yourself standing the entire time or squeezed into uncomfortable corners.

When I asked for a refund due to the lack of seating, the staff were not only unhelpful but also confrontational, insisting they were in the right despite the situation. The way they handled the matter was unprofessional and disrespectful.

I guess it’s one of the best rooftop place in Stuttgart and it’s in the heart of the city. The prices of drinks are a bit pricey, but it’s okay. The sand is soft and it feels like the beach atmosphere. You need to order the drinks at the counter and after you finish you need to return your empty glass to the counter to get your deposit (Pfand) back. The lounge chairs are comfortable and the beds as well! The toilet is very basic, and there’s an employee that is responsible to take care of the toilet area and he expects you to pay small coins for using the toilet. Dafür, dass man ein Bett reservier ist der Service erstaunlich schlecht. Wir haben reserviert für 80€ (Vorauszahlung, bekommt man aber als Getränkegutschein wieder) und mussten dann noch 5€ Eintritt bezahlen. Am Eingang wurde uns kein Bett zugeteilt, wir mussten uns in der langen Getränkeschlange anstellen und haben dort bestimmt 15 Minuten gewartet. An der Bar hieß es dann, dass wir die Gäste die dort an unserem Daybed sitzen einfach ansprechen sollen. Die Frau hinter der Bar hat uns dann aber zum Daybed begleitet, da es uns unangenehm war. Absolute Frechheit: Man muss die 80€, die man als Getränke bekommt sofort auf einmal ausgeben. Das verstehe ich nicht, da die Getränke dann schnell warm werden. Getränke waren sehr dünn gemischt und mit wenig Liebe gemacht. Insgesamt wirkt alles eher ungepflegt. Die Holzlatten auf denen man läuft sind zum Teil eingebrochen. Auf den Daybeds gibts keine Kissen. Am nettesten war der DJ, der uns noch gelobt hat, dass wir als einzige getanzt haben. Zum Schluss kam dann noch ein super unfreundlicher Mann, der meinte „Gläser abgeben wir schließen“ in einem unmöglichen Ton und das um 23:30 Uhr.
