The waitstaff are clearly working hard, but with the place constantly full, it takes time to get the menu and even more time for the food to arrive. That said, it's absolutely worth it. The food isn't haute cuisine, but that's exactly the point—it's honest, homemade Greek cooking done right. The Greek salad is incredibly fresh, with juicy tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and a generous slab of salty feta. The feta-spinach lasagna was a standout—flavorful without being heavy, perfectly balanced with herbs and melty cheese baked to golden perfection. We also loved the stuffed tomatoes and vine leaves (dolmades), which were tender, savory, and full of that rustic home-cooked charm. Absolutely incredible. We were looking for any place to eat and settle down for a minute, but I wasn't expecting such a great experience. The menu has plenty of traditional Greek food options as well as some more common options for anyone not wanting to try something new. The menu is also very clear and has an image for every plate that is offered, as well as being incredibly accurate! You will be getting g exactly what you see in the picture.

The staff was really friendly and kind, they even made us laugh when telling a short story. The food was delivered quite quickly, but we did eat earlier in the day, so it wasn't very busy. Flavor wise, I have never eaten food this good anywhere else in Athens. Really, I must compliment the restaurant. I ordered fries with mushrooms, chopped bacon and cream. The cream was abundant and very tasty, the mushrooms were soft and the bacon was cut in thin slices, which practically melted in your mouth.
