I used to love this place and I’ve been there many times but today was the last time because the stuff insulted us. It all started when we wanted to pay. My friend tried paying with her card twice and it got declined. Then I also tried with my card and it also got declined and the waitress told us that it’s an issue with the POS but she didn’t want to do anything about it. They other people on the stuff told her to keep trying. While this was happening, my friend got a notification from her bank that the charge was done and she showed it to the stuff and they were trying to tell her that the charge has not been done, while she was showing them proof on her bank account. Then another lady started calling her “15 year old kid” (we are way older but I don’t think the age matters) and she was asking her to leave. My friend was very surprised and was trying to explain to them that she just wanted to pay. Then the lady was became extremely upset and was shouting at us to leave and kept saying “the 15 year old came here to tell us how to do our job”. We left very surprised and disappointed because we were just trying to pay and they ended up insulting us for no reason at all, with other customers looking. It was a tech issue with their POS and were trying be understating because we work on the same field and we know how it is. The point is that they don’t have to be rude to customers, especially when it’s one of our favourite places, and now we will never visit it again. On another note, I found a hair on my food but I didn’t want to say anything because I know it was a one time incident, but now I feel like I have to...
Read moreTo be honest if I could give it zero stars I would. I saw this place on tiktok and I fell in love with the sweets everything looked amazing. I went there with my boyfriend and as I walked in there was a young man standing at the door to welcome the customers, the same guy walked in with us and just stood at the counter with his hands on his chin as we were looking at the sweets. I felt so uncomfortable because until we sat down he was looking at my chest and had a weird expression. So we sat down at chose one dessert each I chose the profiterole (7€) and my bf the bueno lovers (6.50€) and they brought them relatively fast and the girl was kind to us. When we tried them apart from having minimal to no taste other than just sugar my profiterole was hard and dry and there was barely any cream inside.Needles to say I didn’t eat the whole thing nor enjoyed it. At the same time the bueno lovers didn’t have any bueno in it it was just a chocolate tower and inside vanilla crème and under hazelnut-chocolate crème which didn’t taste fresh at all. We were so disappointed because we went in excited and had high hopes for nothing. Here are some...
