I visited the location with my two children on 14 July 2022 at around 14.00. There was a small event in the lower part and a few guests for coffee on the upper part. We were welcomed by a lady at the entrance, who told us where to go to and kept on dancing without escorting us at the sitting area. There was plenty of staff around, but all were exrtemely uncoordinated and lost, which resulted to delays in taking the order etc. The menu of the brand new restaurant was not printed properly and the letters of the left side were cut off (see photo). It would be totally ok for a small taverna in the Greek countryside, but not for that overpriced restaurant in Athens.

We ordered a hamburger and a Greek salad. I asked if there is a small fried potato plate I could order extra for my younger daughter, as the hamburger would be sufficient for them to share. No. I was looked as if I am allien. I understand that the restaurant might not want to provide some kids menus, which I would see it as an area for improvement actually, but even if an adult wishes extra fries as side dish for his hamburger that is also not possible.

The dishes came and the meat of the hamburger was awful! My child could not eat it. I also tried it and did not like the taste at all. I asked if they could bring us some ketchup to improve the situation and some bread as my younger daughter liked the cheese of my Greek salad.

Reply: No we don't have ketchup- excuse me you put hamburger and fries in your menu and you don't think of getting some ketchup bottles to offer as addition if wished. As for the bread I was looked at again as allien. The person asked do you mean cut pieces of a loaf of bread? Well yes. And he replies well I am not sure. I will see. We were at the end provided with some round small breads, which were very tasty. When we asked for the bill and the hamburger was not eaten except for two bites, the employee did not bother asking if we didn't like it and if he could pass on some feedback to the kitchen. Not experienced staff all in all.

I am writing this review with the hope that the restaurant managed in the meantime to coordinate its staff and revisit the offered menu.

The whole ambience of the area is very nice (therefore it gets two stars) and a place to relax with a coffee or drink with your friends. I would not recommend...

A beautiful place, tastefully restored. Unfortunately though, the management need to train some of the staff with some common sense & customer service. My husband and I visited at around 16:00, whilst it was still hot and sunny. There was only one other table occupied (next to the one we chose) and although the place has lots of tables outside, they were the only two which were well shaded & relatively cool (as they were shaded umbrellas). We ordered our drinks, which arrived quickly. Five minutes later, we were in full sun! We looked around to find one of the waiters had closed the large parasol which shaded us. When we asked him politely to put it back up as we wanted shade, he refused and asked us to move tables! We were furious. Even our waiter was embarrassed and asked him to leave the umbrella. Still he refused, saying he had to clean it. There were so many other tables/ umbrellas he could have chosen to work on but no, he was adamant he was cleaning the one we were sat under! Consequently we left our drinks and...

All I can say is INCREDIBLE. We went there twice, once for drinks and the second time for our last dinner in Athens.

Food: Food was great. There were four of us eating and not one complaint was said which is impressive as we had 3 picky eaters out of 4 people. I didn’t take pictures of everyone’s plates..

Drinks: The first night we were there, we were only ordering cocktails. They are a little pricey but in the place like this you cannot even be upset about it. I will say that they’re not really good at making Long Island cocktail so maybe don’t order that haha. But that’s absolutely nothing.

Service: Staff are friendly, attentive and professional. We got our food fast. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Atmosphere: This is the best part of our visit. From the fountain, to interior, to music, to dimmed lights.. Everything was absolutely amazing and makes you feel relaxed and very important.

If I ever go back to Athens, this place will be my first stop. I could not...

It is a beautiful location with plenty of seating and tables for everyone. The lush greenery and serenity were wonderful. The food itself was ok. I ordered the salmon Benedict, and it was a little overpriced for what I got. A small slice of salmon divided over two small halves of a half baguette, which was very under toasted. The hollandaise had split, perhaps from the heat or from too much acidity, which overpowered all other flavours. Was missing any seasoning. My friend had the eggs on toast, which was much better value for money, albeit the lack of seasoning as well. The service was atrocious. I requested a napkin at one point and the waitress glared at me as though I had asked for something impossible, she then continued to play on her phone for a while until she finally huffed over and threw the napkin at me with another huff. The waiter kept shuffling around, dragging his feet on the floor loudly in an annoying manner and playing on his phone as well. It detracted from the ambience.
