My husband in Athens Hospital - Polis Bistro Bar was my first port of call each morning. The best start to each of my 11 days here. Staff were so very friendly with a warm greeting - Καλημέρα - Kalimera every day - they spoke English brilliantly which helped me immensely and made me feel so at ease. My croissant and green tea was delicious. A very busy but every customer greeted with warmth and friendly words ( no matter how difficult we were - lol) Their expertise in quick efficient service was an art - they made a great team. Food was very fresh, very inviting. Not far from the park - so a great stop for takeaway lunch or do what I did - took a seat abd enjoyed the bustle and my breakfast before heading to The Doctor's Hospital. Enjoy - I did. BIG THANKS TO ALL STAFF -you made a difference to my every mornings.

I liked this place till today that they gave me a yesterday croissant which was charged with today's price ...guys why destroy like that our nice breakfast moment at least charge us less if u going to give me something that is not fresh!!! really...
