8848 Asian cuisine & sushi bar — Restaurant in Athens

I came here to take away and everything is clean, everything is pretty nice and well organized. The interior it's gorgeous. Why only 3 stars? Because there is simply better Asian food in Athens...here, everything they make is literally super fast and the prices are low for sushi 🍣 but yeah...the quality of each item it's not the best. It's average, unfortunately, I was not very impressed. The sushi looks good, the customer service is top notch, the atmosphere of the place is mid range(cute) but the taste is just average. I ordered 3 rolls, one california( surimi and a small piece of avocado), spicy tuna maki and the fried salmon maki. All of these 3 were not super tasty...they were just okay. I also ordered vegetarian fried rice but it wasn't very well cooked and didn't taste like it was pan fried either. If they will improve with the food quality, they can actually become very well known. I was trying to have a conversation with them (there were 3 people who looked like managers) and I told them it would be nice to have an All You Can Eat place in the neighborhood, they looked at me weirdly like I was saying crazy things...and then told me "We have not many customers we can't do that" My opinion: Don't you understand that you would have A LOT more customers out of an all you can eat restaurant? Anyways, the place is not mine so that's just a suggestion hahaha.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this incredible Asian restaurant, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly put me at ease.

The menu offered a wide variety of delicious Asian dishes, and I must say that every item I ordered was absolutely delicious. The flavors were bold and authentic, and each dish was cooked to perfection. It was clear that the chefs took great pride in their craft and paid close attention to detail.

The ambiance of the restaurant was also outstanding. The decor was tasteful and elegant, and the lighting and music created a cozy and comfortable vibe that made me feel right at home.

To top it all off, the service was impeccable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations.

Overall, I highly recommend this Asian restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional service. It was truly an unforgettable dining experience that I look forward to...

The food was enjoyable; the service was very friendly and attentive. Only complaint is while dining a complete stranger (a woman who seemed to be friendly with the staff) decided it was ok to film us without our consent for her Tik-Tok videos. She took a few videos of us before I decided to confront her about it and was completely ignored. We decided we wanted to leave the establishment; we told the staff that we were leaving because we were uncomfortable and were apologized to as well as told that she would stop and delete the videos. We did not confirm if she truly deleted the recordings of us, but took their word for it and finished dining in. The food was yummy: flavorful and spicy which we enjoyed.
