This was a very negative experience. We waited at the bar, which was incredibly smoky - the staff were part of the smokers - and we stood for around ten minutes at the bar. The bar staff completely ignored us and served another customer in front of us. Instead of then serving us next the bar staff proceeded to tidy the bar, clean the coffee machine and undertake thorough cleaning of the bar area, all the while we waited.
