It is nothing but less than average quality sushi and Chinese food (if you are getting their udons). Lets be more specific: I got their food delivered (I live in the center), once received everything was neat and clean, the packaging was nice and they included napkins and chopsticks.
Now, the food quality : almost half of the sushi pieces (ordered 24) were falling apart, the tofu was everything but fresh and I checked it, it was not panfried or fried, I think they should use good tofu when you pay 8 euros for 8 pieces, this price is the same I pay in Milan for mid to high quality vegan sushi. The noodles were very badly cooked(you can taste the boiling water ) and the taste was not very good. Overall, I'm giving 1 star because of the packaging but I will not order again. Small portions too. Not a very good sushi restaurant option especially considering its pricing. Can't believe it has 4 stars on Gmaps.
I also read their response and they actually did not try to understand what happened knowing that on the delivering platform, I wrote many times I cannot get incoming calls but just viber messages, it is not my issue to not being able to receive calls. When a restaurant does not care about its customers opinion and is not ready to address potential issues..it is a big problem, that is why I changed from 3 stars to 1 stars. Unacceptable.

Read moreI'd put a 5⭐ if it wasn't for a couple of things that destroyed what was supposed to be a nice experience. See 👇 First to the positive things: Prices are hands down very affordable,if not the best compared to other sushi places in Athens. I got a very generous and delicious portion of sushi called Oh La La. The bowl of Wakame was big too and could easily be shared by 2 persons. The only thing whose quality didn't reflect the price was the shrimp salad. Sheer disappointment. It was a plate full of leaf sallad and 3 poor pieces of shrimps that are used for plain nigiri. That to the price of the whole sushi plate(main course) itself,7.50 Euro. Such a mega joke.To the owner i recommend to remove this from the menu or replace it with something as fancy as it sounds. The other remark is that when i arrived,i asked one of the waitresses to sit and dine at one of the small tables but she placed me at the bar with the excuse that the table was booked. 1.5 h after, these people who had "booked" were still to be seen. The ironic thing is that another girl came alone to dine and from the bar she was taken to a table like the one i requested. This is no way to treat a local,at least not in Greece. I would definitely return cause i loved the sushi but when...
Read moreFood was decent and sake was served hot as per order. However, at the end of my meal, the waitress apologetically asked if it would be acceptible not to bring me my receipt because they allegedly missprinted it to another table!
Now, I do have an intuitive understanding of whether that actually happened so, I am not going to expand any further. Clearly the management had something to do with it, one way or another.
I know that your employees are doing the best they can during these trying times. But such incidents are not befitting of such a well-established food restaurant.
