Not flexible customer service and unethical tactics.

I like to be as fair as possible when i give very low rate that is why I am going to write an extensive context for people who like to read it.

•Water charge: First, how is it possible to bring bottle of water on the table that you charging it, when you haven’t asked the customers???? I find this tactic very unethical towards the customers who decide to dine in your store. Here you have two ways of doing it. You can either ask customers if they want tap water or bottle of water. So you give them the option to choose. If you don’t like this way, then you can easily inform them that you can serve water but is only bottle. I do not personal agree with this way, but at least is more ethical comparing to the way you do it in this store.

•Flexibility on the menu When it comes to flexibility on the menu I find it really silly to get asked by customer to customize the fries and to give an answer as a “no” we don’t change our plates. So what happened. On their menu they have patatas bravas and chips. Patatas bravas are getting served by chipotle mayo when the chips are getting served by parmesan and truffle oil. We just asked them to get patatas bravas with parmesan and truffle oil and their answer was that they cannot change the way they serve the plates!!!! Apart of that, they came cold too. Did we inform the waiter? No! And the answer was because I didn’t want to bother him when they clearly lacking on the customer service based on their previous answer.

Sometimes I am really thinking if they understand the damage they cause to their store when they are not able to adjust little things on their plates that doesn’t add any cost to them.

•Taste of the food. Well we only get salads but honestly nothing special. They were basic salads with a bit dressing on the top that wasn’t even mixed well. And also over priced for what they serve.

They really need to change the way they operate. I remember some years ago when i visited their store my experience was really good. I won’t go again since there are plenty of options in Athens to get better food and way better...

Not best the place in the neighborhood at all. Let’s start with pros: good location big variety of tables both outside and inside And that’s it. And the cons are numerous: -The service was super slow though my husband and I were the very first visitors on Sunday at 11 am. We ordered poached eggs on a toast with some quinoa and veggies and it took them almost 20 minutes to serve it. the whole meal was cold. Like poached eggs got so cold that the yolks got stiffened inside, gross. You are not supposed to serve cold poached eggs for 10 euros. the portion could have been bigger for this price taste was strange, there was so much citrus-sour seasoning that just wasted the whole idea of the meal veggies were like a single cherry tomato cut in halves and 2 slices of cucumber. Guacamole, or whatever that green dip was, was spreaded only on the edge, like they had the very last avocado in the world just used for it. the waitress brought a bottle of mineral water and included it in the bill without even asking us what water we'd like. Sorry, but I don't like when one decides for myself what to order and what to drink. This brunch was not the best start of the day. My conclusion, I will never come back and you'd better drop at any other place in the neighborhood which is full of nice and atmospheric cafes and restaurants...

I love this place so much I would score it my favorite tops the best from the best. So nice atmosphere so good customer service so unick dishes nice tastes flexibility on what is on offer the menu can be scanned from your iphone the best wine selections and best cheese cake ever the best I have ever tasted beautiful environment with good coffee kids menu with colorful pencils for children to draw and color their own menu with nice options for home made lemonade and even my favorite unforgetable ginger syroup on the shot glass instead of inside the juice ... " oo baby I am addicted into loving you" ... I would definitly recommend them and always find a reason to go back because the service was perfect the experience excellent time and time again and I was very happy as they can accommodate anything that might the customer need with professionalism and good customer service. A very happy and thankful customer that loved spending quality time out with my kids but also good for...
