My son a nice shirt, board shorts and sandals My friend in a nice black dress with flip flops (and sandals in her bag). Told with a roll of the eyes we dont meet the dress code to come in.
We said my friend had sandals and can change. Was given a smirk and told, well no its our dress code you don't meet. you can go home and change, whilst she looked us up and down again. The place was EMPTY!
We said well no one told us when we booked and we travelled to get here. She again smirked at us and said, you can sit by the pool in the corner, it’s our policy. After feeling Absolutely embarrassed we said “we have money we are happy to spend” again a smirk and no its our policy. Due to the commotion another lady came over and asked what was going on and we explained. She walked away with the waitstaff who death stared Us to make a call. By then we felt humiliated And made the decision to leave.
