Το μόντακιου ξεκινά από μία προσωπική ανάγκη του καθενός για καφέ, ποτό ή φαγητό (σάντουιτς, μπίρα, ποικιλία τυριών και αλλαντικών, σαλάτα, κλπ) και καταλήγει σχεδόν αναπόφευκτα να γίνεται στέκι. Γιατί; Γιατί η ποιότητά του είναι πολύ υψηλή ακόμη και για το απαιτητικό τουριστικό κέντρο της Αθήνας. Σάντουιτς φτιαγμένα με εκπληκτικά ψωμιά- (φοβερές μπαγκέτες, μαύρες ή λευκές και όχι μόνο)- τυριά και αλλαντικά delicatessen υψηλής ποιότητας, καφές, που παρασκευάζεται με τις αυστηρότερες προδιαγραφές, γλυκά και ποτά μοναδικά! Και τέλος, ευγενέστατο, χαμογελαστό προσωπικό, που διέπεται από επαγγελματισμό και κέφι, το οποίο και σου μεταδίδει!
