OFF THE CHAIN — Restaurant in Athens

First of all the bartender forced me to hand over the plastic bottle i had in hand where outside is almost 35 degrees . Then another waitress basically stalks us and force us by standing next to us to order the moment we arrive. Then we order a cocktail of 11 euro but the cashier lady says no we have to order at least 5 euro more . Clearly you are not a club first. That obligate people to consume. It should have been said and written on the door at least that you have minimum consumption rule not by making people uncomfortable! Pitty it was a good vibe but the weird service ruined it for us.

P.s: the owner lies about me that i didnt give the water to their rude staff as i didnt have even any bag 😂🤌🏻and the staff didnt ask for more consuption . Frozen water? You mean the gross greek tap warm water sure😂 and outside you have air conditioning?? What a joke 😂😂 I dont have to prove myself here but you did show yourself already in the reply section :) good for you very customer friendly . Therapy is good idea for anger problems and lies and passive aggressive behavior towards people you haven't even met as i see you have been replying to any negative comment with rude replies even tho customers are always right no matter what, if only you knew about this business which clearly you dont and want to justify your rudeness and uneducatednsss constantly .And at the end each individual is a representative of their country to people who visit it for the first time and for sure you fail in...

Went here about a year ago when I was visiting as a tourist and it was a great time. Being an American it was a fun experience to see a lot of alt pop culture items and dancing with the locals to the emo and dark wave type music they played. Going here was one of my fondest experience visiting Athens and would go again.

The waitress fell on me with her tray threw the drinks of another company on the ground and made me pay for it, shit service. On your answer if you send me the footage and you are right i will delete the comment, i had 5 people with me that were next to me and looking at me when this happened... Also at that time why did you not tell me that there was footage so we could clarify? I am not a kid and i do not take shitty behavior...
