“Our reason for highlighting this experience is that our visit to estia restaurant was truly unique. We sat down with a friendly group and shared various dishes, creating a genuinely social and enjoyable experience. The shrimp salad stood out with its fantastic cocktail soy sauce that elevated the flavor even more. As a risotto enthusiast, I can confidently say I had the best mushroom risotto of my life.

The sea bass fillet with wild greens was an exquisite choice with its impeccable cooking, while the fish liver with celery root puree was equally delightful, melting tenderly in the mouth. The hummus and taramosalata had their own unique flavors, enriching the variety of taste experiences.

Opting to try the local sweet ‘gastrin’ was a bold and intriguing move. The ice cream that accompanied it added a distinct note to our holistic experience, connecting us with ancient Crete.

Lastly, I couldn’t overlook mentioning the amazing halva we were treated to. This unique and delicious treat truly was the cherry on top of this exceptional meal.

A beautifully designed space that immediately stands out — modern, refined, and with a distinct character that dares to be different.

The cuisine is exceptional, rooted in Greek and Mediterranean tradition but elevated with a creative twist. From the appetizers, the squid with cuttlefish ink and wasabi sauce, the daily fresh fish ceviche, and the perfectly balanced and flavorful tuna tartare were true highlights. I was amazed by original dishes I had never encountered before, like the octopus pastitsio and the shrimp Bolognese — simply unforgettable.

The main courses were all outstanding: the beef tagliata with chimichurri sauce was beautifully executed, the caramelized pork belly rich and satisfying, and the beef cheeks… I can still taste them.

Everything was complemented by a thoughtful, expanded wine list, carefully curated by an experienced sommelier. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, adding to a truly elevated experience.
