We are an Asian tourist family of 4, came here two days ago to try the pistachio filled doughnuts, cinnamon and honey doughnuts and some savoury ones. Food was okay but can be overwhelmingly sweet so maybe get lesser pieces if you’re not a fan of very sweet desserts!
What we were very unhappy about was the attitude and service of the waitress. She was already giving us a smug look from the start before any interaction, asked her if we could combine two tables as it felt abit squeezy and there were alot of customers so tables were very empty, snapped at us told us to wait before combining it and said she will clear the tables first. We smiled politely and waited till she was done and expected her to combine it for us but she left. Combined it ourselves anyway and waited for her to come back to take our order. She came back took our order with the same condescending smile. I ordered a cappuccino but realised Ive already had too many so immediately walked after her to cancel it (this was within 5 seconds after she walked away, she rolled her eyes and told the barista to cancel it and he was alright with that); I did told her if they’ve already made it i’m fine with sticking to the order.
I returned to my seat and 5 seconds later she came back to our table and told us off for combining the table and pointed to the tables in annoyance and anger. I told her that Ive already asked her previously before doing it and she didn’t dispute it. She walked away in annoyance.
We were horrified and it ruined our meal and experience here, REGRET wasting a meal here. Never coming back again!
Not sure if she’s being racist but her rude behaviour is unacceptable!!!

Read morePlease read this! This is pure kindness. I haven’t write a lot of reviews. But I can just not write one on this cafe, simply because the staffs who runs the place are generous, caring and kind I have ever encountered. The owner and this partner saved us from having to sleep outside our rental apartment because we got locked out. We didn’t have our phones or any clues of what to do.
They tried every damn ways to help us. The owner gave us his phone, downloaded apps and called different numbers to try to reach our apartment owner. I am speechless and impressed by how patient and caring he was toward us.
I am forever grateful and my heart is full of this hospitality he and his staff showed us. Really reminding me to always help each other out.
We went back for a delicious breakfast. The loukoumades. First time trying it. It was delicious! Definitely recommend to try it out if you’re ever in Corfu town. Left with full belly and our hearts filled. What a great last day in Corfu....
Read moreWe had an absolutely horrendous experience. We ordered just two simple servings of doughnuts and were forced to wait a mind-boggling 30 minutes for them. Meanwhile, the staff completely ignored us and refused to serve us water, despite providing it to every other table around us. The sheer lack of basic hospitality and attention was astonishing. It's like we were invisible to them!
To add insult to injury, the server told us in a nasty voice, "What are you waiting for?" They also made us get the cardboard box ourselves, and the toilet was nasty. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your...
