Terrible, TERRIBLE place! We went there without a reservation on a Friday night, and at first the waiters seemed very welcoming and helped us pick a table. However, as we sat down, the staff started to seem extremely impatient and dissatisfied that we couldn’t immediately make a decision about what to order. They did not seem friendly at all, and if they could physically kick us out, I strongly believe they would. The food arrived after 45 minutes of waiting, even though the place was empty, and the waiters practically threw the plates in our faces. The food itself tasted subpar, it was probably frozen and weeks, if not months old, as some of the meat in the pastitsada was slimy and the potatoes in the moussaka had a very stale taste which was extremely unpleasant. The atmosphere was nice, with all the flowers, but it ends there. These people are not fit for customer service, and I would strongly advise you to stay away from this place.

PS. A note for the owners/waiters It was our last night in Corfu, and after all of the good experiences that we had, both with the people and the food of the island, you proved to us that bad people can be found everywhere. You...

We visited this restaurant twice. There are two types of Corfiot vendors - those who offer their customers quality products and service at reasonable prices, and those who see tourists as sheep who are meant to fleeced since they will likely never see them again. Tratamento treats every guest as a potential future guest with delicious entrees and friendly service in a family restaurant. You can tell this is a happy, organized work environment. We were even graciously welcomed by their dog, who requested that we offer him some of our leftovers until his owners politely explained to him that he shouldn't bark, and guided him to his bed. He obeyed and quietly laid down. Although the food and drinks were decent, prices were kinda expensive and the service was the biggest let down I had in years...

Firstly although the tables were more or less empty the manager told me that the only available table was a small table with high chairs, which is fine for drinks but very uncomfortable for having a meal.

Second, the prices were a bit on the expensive side but the portion sizes were regular.

Another thing that disappointed me was an unexplainable 2€ fee, based on the prices of the menu I should have paid 19,5€ but the actual total I paid was 21,5€

So in short avoid it at all costs because it has all the red flags that this is a tourist trap and also the service is abysmal, I wouldn't...
