🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely unforgettable. A true gem in Corfu.
Dining at Artisti was hands down one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had—not just in Corfu, but anywhere in Europe. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was something special. The setting is warm and welcoming, tucked into a charming square, and you can feel the pride and care that goes into every detail.
The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every dish we tried was made with the freshest ingredients and bursting with authentic Italian flavor. You can taste the difference—this isn’t tourist-trap pasta; this is real, soulful Italian cooking. The kind you’d expect to find in a family-run trattoria in the hills of Tuscany.
What makes Artisti even more special is the people behind it. George, the owner and chef, is the heart and soul of the place. You can feel how much he loves what he does. He’s not just cooking—he’s crafting each dish like a work of art. And then there’s Yannis, one of the kindest and most attentive waiters we’ve ever met. His service was so genuine, you’d think we were guests in his own home.
We came in hungry and left genuinely touched—not just by the meal, but by the heart behind it. If you’re in Corfu and you love amazing food and genuine hospitality, Artisti is a must. Five stars...
Read moreSuch a disappointment after reading the positive reviews. The kitchen clearly has no understanding of ingredients and how to properly use them. A massive salad but so overloaded with balsamic that that was all one could taste and gnocchi so overloaded with cream that one could not taste the other rather meager ingredients. I was not charged for the salad but that's not the point. Better to pay full price and tip generously for an enjoyable meal. I will not be back.
Following on from the rather defensive response it seems that the cook at the restaurant must think his patrons are ignorant of basic culinary knowledge. I believe that most people will be aware that the largest component of gorgonzola sauce is cream. That is why it's usually referred to as gorgonzola cream sauce and the cheese, having a very strong flavor, must be added carefully and sparingly. It is regrettable that he decided to be defensive rather than to learn from my comments. Criticism is necessary to encourage improvement and should be ...
Read moreI visited the restaurant and ordered the artisti pasta, an outstanding dish that was absolutely delicious. From the very first bite, it was clear that the ingredients are of the highest quality, and everything is freshly prepared on the spot, apart from some basic vegetable cutting, nothing is pre-made. The restaurant is tucked away in a beautiful little corner on a side street, just a minute’s walk from the hustle and bustle of the main area. The calm and intimate atmosphere give the place a special charm and make it truly unique. The service was simply wonderful - friendly, welcoming, and attentive. This is a true example of how great hospitality should be. in summary, an authentic Italian experience in the heart of the city. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-quality food, a pleasant atmosphere, and outstanding service. Until next time, Thank you...
