Didn't get a good vibe and feeling when I got there, but my friends seemed to be wanting to eat there. I didn't like it, baba ganoush was not good, yogourt too watered down, humus and falafel were ok. It didnt seem very fresh and made with love. Not appealing. My friends didn't like it either. But what was the worse was the waiter (owner?), smoking and then going to prepare our meals without washing his hands, and coming back to his cigarette. The whole thing felt gross. Didn't feel like considerate service. (A glass of water would be nice. Even in coffee shops they give us water). My belly was hurting for many hours after the meal. Read moreThe owner/staff of Falavela are extremely nice and welcoming.
It's healthy fast food type of place. Good vibes, clean, nice music, and it's open til 11pm.

We hope to be back in Chania and Falavela...

Nobody came, the place was empty apart from us and he told after 10 min "you need to order or go" in a very aggressive-you are-unwelcome-here-way. Very rude and very unacceptable and unfair after agreeing with me. No matter how good the food is, if people do this things does not encourage me to ever return with...
