Gregory's — Restaurant in Municipality of Chania

When i orderded it was all fine, i ordered a frozito vanilla with whipped cream and i was pretty sure she heard me. When i paid she didn't give me my receipt I assumed she wanted it for the order so i went to wait. When my order was ready , on my drink there wasn't any whipped cream and i asked why, she replied with "but you didn't order frozito with whipped cream." I told her that I did, she got angry and told me she didn't, a costumer that was next to me told her that she heard me saying it. In the end i ended up leaving with a frozito with no whipped cream even though i paid more for it AND with no receipt. The service was awful and the cashier...

If you are searching for a place to work on your laptop in Chania, Grigoris is a pretty good option. The food and coffee are decent for the type of place that it is (kind of like a Greek version of Starbucks/Subway). It has a nice upstairs area with big tables and is often pleasantly quiet- only one or two other tables occupied. The wifi connection works well. The main drawback is that the electricity in the plugs/outlets doesn't seem to work, so make sure you have a full charge in your devices before heading there to get work done, as you won't be able to charge...

Very, very nice staff. The barista ladies in particular are great. I bought my daily breakfast here for almost two weeks. On the third day I was recognised and the ladies knew what I was getting. You can find a good selection of sandwiches, salads and pastries. everything is freshly prepared every day. The coffee is very good. But I definitely recommend the freshly squeezed juices.
