I recently visited Ntourountous, and I was blown away by the experience! From the moment you walk in, the aroma of freshly baked goods envelopes you, and the cozy atmosphere makes you feel right at home.

The selection is incredible—everything from artisan breads to delicate pastries, all made with the finest ingredients. I tried their croissants, and they were the best I've ever had: perfectly flaky on the outside, and soft, buttery goodness on the inside. The staff is warm, friendly, and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend their favorites or offer a sample.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! During my time in Chania, I went almost every day, and now I already miss it. The coffee is simply the best, perfectly made every single time. And the food? Absolutely incredible! Fresh, delicious, and made with so much care.

We ordered a pancake and a coffee. We waited for so long for the pancake and they didn't bring it and after making us wait for so long said the kitchen was closed,but they didn't know. They were promising us the whole time it just takes time to prepare, but in the end said we won't get it at all. We never got the pancake. We ordered wine and they didn't bring it ever, didn't say why. The coffee tasted DISGUSTING! It was not coffee,but more like brown water with foam on top ( was supposed to be a frappe). We waited so long for the waiter to take our order and then she was irritated we didn't know we had to scan for the menu.
