Kritikos Fournos — Restaurant in Municipality of Heraklion

I went there on september the 4th, in the evening, a little more than 2 weeks ago. The lady (the cashier) was rude without any reason, so the dinner didn't start very well. Pizza: the worst in my life. Very very saulty and I had to wait an infinity, almost 1 hour! The only kind person was the male cashier with glasses. The cook didn't have many people to serve so we didn't understand his behaviour, since we asked him 2 or 3 times for our pizza. As an italian, I have tried pizza from many countries. Even UK pizza is much better than this one (and I think british pizza is the worst one). The shop may be good for other things, I didn't try them honestly, just the pizza. The pizza was too too bad, almost...

Unfortunately visiting this place was not the best experience, we were rushed to order even when we told that we need one more moment twice. We were not even asked what kind of coffee we would like - it's the first time in our life that this happened, we received a black one which we don't like. The price was also much higher than we expected. We travel to many countries around the world and like to see some local life and always to check some backery, today's experience was unfortunately the worst and it's the first time when I rate a backery...

This bakery is amazing It has a lot of beautiful desserts like cakes,donuts or mini cakes, but also greek traditional desserts like baklavas and it serves homemade food and drinks like coffee or tea. I could say that it is the biggest bakery I have ever seen in Crete which contains so many kinds of meals and ofcourse place to sit and enjoy your meal. Overall,I strongly recomend going there.And if you are a traveller, it is a great oportunity visiting Kritikos Furnos as if it's close to KTEL the bus station...
