The store inside the bus station, which has this name, charged me for a drink and an apple pie. They gave me apple pie completely burned that shouldn’t even be for costumers and i asked to be changed for another one. She say that she couldn’t because it was the last one and she couldn’t even replace it with something else… i had to trash it… the customer service requires some training, brains or...

Super friendly service, fairly priced and the food is absolutely delicious, there is a TV on with the bus schedule so you don't miss your connection. You can sit outside. Family friendly and wheelchair accessible. Better than a lot of restaurants...

Ενώ τα δρομολόγια είναι στην ώρα τους και η οργάνωση καλή, η συμπεριφορά και ο επαγγελματισμός των οδηγών και εισπρακτόρων είναι κάτω του μετρίου.. Ένα ζευγάρι τουριστών (που συνόδευε παιδί με Ειδικές ανάγκες) είχε κάνει κάποιο λάθος στο εισητήριο, στη διαδρομή Ηρακλείου Ιεράπετρας, και μάλλον δεν είχε να δώσει τη διαφορά..... Τον πρόσβαλαν άσχημα μπροστά στον κόσμο και δεν δίστασαν να σταματήσουν το λεωφορείο στην Εθνική (!!!) για να τους κατεβάσουν... Οι ίδιοι αρνήθηκαν να κατέβουν, επειδή ήταν επικίνδυνα και τελικά τους κατέβασαν στο Κακό Όρος, χωρίς καμία διαπραγμάτευση.... Χωρίς ευγένεια, με φωνές και βρισιές. Έχασαν το δίκιο τους με την άσχημη συμπεριφορά τους.. Ντράπηκα...
