A little slice of ice cream heaven! Sofia, the patissière and ice cream artist behind this shop, is simply unbelievable. Every creation she makes is divine — no matter what you choose, it’s guaranteed to be delicious. The whole team is happy, and every visit feels like being welcomed by friends. For our family, stopping by became a cherished routine, especially to discover what new and exciting flavour Sofia had dreamed up on the day. SO GOOD!! This places has some of the best ice cream I have ever had, and I have had a lot of ice cream. It is so smooth and the flavors are absolutely delicious. The pistachio flavor was so well balanced and was almost savory with how nutty it was. The bueno flavor was also delicious. I also tried the rice pudding, which was really solid, and the cheesecake, which I found a bit underwhelming. I thought the base could have used a bit more flavor, or could use a more complex cheese. The crust was very nice, however.

We were on Hydra for three days and went to this spot four times. I cannot recommend it...

Jasmine and all the staff at Karamela are incredibly hospitable and hard working! Everything is made fresh, in house, daily and you can taste the love!
