Petrino Restaurant offers a visually stunning dining experience that captivates you from the moment you step inside. The ambiance is impeccable, featuring tasteful decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for an upscale dining experience. The restaurant's design seamlessly blends modern elegance with traditional charm, creating an environment that's perfect for a romantic evening or a special celebration. However, as with many upscale establishments, there is a trade-off when it comes to pricing. The menu at Petrino leans towards the pricier side, which may not be suitable for those looking for a budget-friendly dining option. While the restaurant's ambiance does add to the overall value, the cost of dining here is something to consider. Now, let's delve into the culinary experience at Petrino. The appetizers, while well-prepared and flavorful, may leave you wanting a bit more in terms of uniqueness and innovation. The flavors are undoubtedly delicious, but they don't necessarily stand out as extraordinary. This can be somewhat disappointing, especially given the price point. However, the real star of the show is the main course for two, featuring shrimps and escalope. This dish manages to strike the perfect balance between taste, presentation, and portion size. It's a culinary masterpiece that justifies the higher prices on the menu. Every bite bursts with flavor, and the quality of the ingredients shines through. It's a dish that lingers in your memory long after the meal is over, and it unquestionably feels worth every penny. When it comes to service, the staff at Petrino is polite and attentive, contributing to the overall pleasant dining experience. However, it's unfortunate that the waiter you encountered seemed to lack extensive knowledge of the menu and wine list. This can be a letdown, especially in a restaurant of this caliber. Guests often rely on the expertise of the staff to guide their dining choices, and when recommendations are merely described as "ok," it leaves room for improvement. In conclusion, Petrino Restaurant offers a captivating atmosphere and a dining experience that is, for the most part, worth the higher price tag. While the appetizers may not be as memorable as one would hope, the main course shines as a culinary masterpiece. The service, while polite, could benefit from a more knowledgeable staff to enhance the overall dining experience. If you're looking for a special occasion restaurant and don't mind splurging a bit, Petrino is certainly worth a visit for its ambiance and standout main dishes.

Went here for a late lunch after exploring the western archaeological ruins. I ordered halloumi souvlaki and my friend got a greek salad to start. My halloumi was great and she said it was the best greek salad she's had. For mains we both got the chicken wrapped in bacon souvlaki. Were surprised by the portion size and plating but not in a bad way. Chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Oh and when they offer you bread, get the bread, I had them wrap up our leftover bread so I could take it back to our hotel and finish it, it was so good. Service was excellent and food came quickly. Very reasonably priced, around 45 euros total for bread, 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 soft drinks and tip. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing. Beautiful setting. We arrived just as it opened as we had the Cinema booked so needed an early meal. So welcoming. Staff fantastic. The bread they give you is worth the money, homemade warm rosemary bread. We ordered Feta, Honey and Seeds in Filo Pastry to share as a Starter. I ordered the stuffed pork tenderloin with prosciutto and plums and my wife ordered the pork souvlaki. Food fantastic. Can't fault it. You must come here.

This restaurant was very underwhelming.

While the décor and surroundings are beautiful, the food simply does not live up to the setting. The concept feels confused, it isn’t clearly Greek, Italian, seafood-focused, or fine dining. It needs to find a clear identity and deliver on it.

Service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed inattentive and disengaged, often busy doing nothing.

Despite the restaurant being almost empty, the service felt indifferent. I even sent back an entire plate of food that was the wrong order, yet when the correct dish arrived, nobody checked to see if I was happy. Thirty minutes later, it was collected completely untouched, without any acknowledgment or concern from the staff.

The pricing is also disproportionate to the quality. Starters are €14–17 and mains €26–40, which is far too high compared to other nearby restaurants offering far better experiences.

Lastly they couldn't even remember to bring the bill i requested twice. All I wanted to do was pay & leave.

Overall, it felt like a waste of both money and an evening. I won’t be returning, a highly...

Absolutely worst experience I had on my two week vacation in Greece. The owner is absolutely one of the worst owners I have ever seen and met in my life. We waited three hours for average food and got an incredibly high bill with charges that were not ours and had difficulty removing them. Owner did not care that we were for three hours without food, he actually told me that I was lucky that I got a table there. His staff ran around trying to wait on a very busy restaurant and he just stood there and watched. He Never came over to apologize for the delay, never sent anything over complementary. He just felt like he was doing us a favor by allowing us to eat in his restaurant. To make matters worse it was extremely hot and because we were there so long, we had to order more ice water which, of course we had to pay for it. I think it is a very good tactic on his part for the way, he operates his business. Several other patrons around us wanted to leave but they would not cancel their orders. If I could’ve given it, zero stars I would have. WORST...
