Stavlisio Steak House — Restaurant in Municipality of Kos

Where do I begin, first the reason my family and I went to this place was because our favorite steakhouse on the island, Lampros, was closed on Mondays. We decided to come here made a reservation for 9pm for 6 people and were excited to go eat some steak. Once we walked in the atmosphere was not terrible it honestly was decent, Texas style wooden walls that made it seem like a great place. The second we sat down it went down hill, waited about 30 minutes for a waitress to come over who showed zero emotion behind her face. Finally she came and we ordered drinks and ordered food, instead of telling us from the start that the place did not have RIBEYE, BEEFTEKI, OR TBONE STEAK, she waited for us to to tell her we wanted that. We were upset from the start but told her to come back when we figured out what we wanted instead. Another 20 minutes went by before she came again so we ordered something called the Entrecôte de Paris 2/6 people. Asking her three separate times what was not available she did not mention that until AFTER we ordered that. We decided since they had nothing we wanted and after sitting there for 50 minutes, we wanted to check; yet again waiting 15 minutes for a check to come we noticed that nothing that we had been given was on the house. The waitress was rude in explaining this and even though we had ordered a liter of wine and multiple other drinks that were not finished they were all charged. I will never be coming back to this place and even as a “second option” to again the best steakhouse on the island, Lampros, it is nowhere near worth anyones...

I seriously can't rate this place enough, first off its the services, the waitress was amazing so friendly and happy, we lost our masks and asked her if there was anywhere to buy them, instead she brought us 2 fresh ones so we didn't have to buy them again, she was always close by incase we ever needed anything, which we didn't

The food that we ordered came quick after we finished our starters ,and I cant express how well cooked and seasoned the meats are here , everything just falls to bits in your mouth, easily the best steak and meats iv ever had,

Trust me you won't have to order alot as the portions sizes are huge, we order a small mixed grill and the xxl steak and its filled 3 of us,

When we finished we were given complimentary alcohol that is made in House, which was incredibly, aswell as some delicious panno cotta,

All 3 of us was expecting the bill to be high like 90euro and it come to 70 euro

We have never been so impressed by a restaurant and by the service that the €10 tip didn't feel enough
