We stayed in Platis Gialos — truly one of the most beautiful and peaceful spots on Mykonos — and during our entire stay, Anios became our second home. We went there every single day… sometimes even twice! From fresh fish to Caesar salad, every dish was an absolute delight — always a perfect 10/10. Not once did we leave disappointed.
At lunchtime, we often ordered from the Beach Menu, which was a fantastic addition to the main menu. Every visit came with a warm welcome, genuine smiles, and plenty of laughter. Over time, we didn’t just feel like guests — we felt like family. Courtesy is deeply valued here, and the good humor never runs out. The friendliness of everyone at Anios is something we didn’t find as often in other parts of the island, and it made all the difference in our trip.
To the entire Anios team — thank you for making us feel so cared for and so welcome. We arrived as strangers but left Mykonos as friends. We will miss you dearly and hope to see you again someday.
A special thank you to our wonderful hosts Eugenios and Donald, who went above and beyond — from recommending the best clubs to pointing us toward the island’s most beautiful beaches. And to our amazing waiters Giannis, Xristos, and Giannis — thank you for always making us laugh and turning every meal into a golden memory.
Thank you, Anios, for being the heart of our...

From the moment we walked in, we were transported straight to the heart of Greece. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a perfect balance of elegance and comfort — you can smell the aroma of fresh herbs and grilled meats the second you step through the door.
The service was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food. Our server took time to explain the dishes and even shared a few fun stories about Greek traditions.
Every bite was a celebration of authentic flavor. The tzatziki was creamy and refreshing, the spanakopita perfectly flaky, and the grilled lamb was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The moussaka was pure comfort on a plate — rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. And don’t even get me started on dessert — the baklava was divine, with just the right balance of sweetness and crunch.
What really stood out was the attention to detail. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care that goes into every dish. It’s clear the chefs here cook with heart and soul.
If you’re looking for authentic Greek cuisine that feels both traditional and elevated, this place is a must. Whether it’s a casual dinner, a date night, or a family celebration, you’ll leave happy, full, and already planning...
Read moreThe most disappointing meal I’ve ever had in Greece. Should have known by the blaring Latin music it may be off. Tzatziki was awful, the yogurt tasted not fresh, couldn’t taste garlic. The sea bass ceviche was flavorless and instead of citrus it was in some kind of beet juice. The “superfood salad” advertised as Tabouli w parsley had no parsley and was just a pile of bulgur wheat with chopped peppers in it - not a green salad - truly sad. The pita bread was not fresh baked like most Greek restaurants. Not worth eating. The grilled octopus was fine but disappointed they did not serve it with lemons. I asked for lemons once and got limes. Even the bright red color of the rosé was a let down. The Greek salad was fine - but had to ask for lemons and oil to marinate the huge slices of raw onion and the tomatoes were not typical delicious Greek tomatoes. I absolutely hate to write a bad review but it was seriously disappointing and hope this helps others then away. Look for spots that focus on being a restaurant first and not selling hotel rooms or cabanas and you will be much happier with the...
