Pelagos Studios is a solid choice if you're looking for a peaceful and convenient stay just steps from the beach. One of the best things about it is the location—it's literally a 2-minute walk to the beach, which makes it perfect for heading down in the morning or catching the sunset without any hassle. The rooms themselves are slightly outdated, but they are clean and functional. If you prefer something more modern, they offer updated units for a small premium, which is definitely worth it if you're planning a longer stay or just want a more refreshed space. What we really enjoyed was the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. During the week, it’s very calm, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the island. There is a nice balcony with each room, perfect for sitting out at night with a drink, watching the stars, or just enjoying the breeze. On weekends, it can get a little louder due to groups of teenagers or young travelers, but it’s generally nothing too disruptive—it still feels like a chill place overall. Another bonus is the small supermarket conveniently located right by the entrance. It’s surprisingly well-stocked and has reasonable prices, which is a big plus if you want to grab drinks, snacks, or even basic groceries without needing to travel far. All in all, Pelagos Studios offers a great balance of location, value, and relaxation. It’s not a luxury resort, but if you're looking for a comfortable base with easy beach access and a friendly, laid-back vibe, it’s a great choice. Would definitely return!

The pool area was stunning the pool was always so clean and quite warm. The hotel is literally 1minute away from a stunning beach although there’s really not much room to sunbathe unless you pay for a lounger, otherwise there’s another unbelievable beach with much more space it’s the next beach along Called Psarou which had so much more room, Google maps said 20 minutes walking but on the way have a look to the left and you’ll find a shortcut maybe 6/7 minutes walking from the hotel this was the best beach in our opinion. Prices at the bar weren’t too bad. The room was abit dated and the shower was too small for a long stay but we did just have the basic room so unsure what the other rooms are like. Staff could be friendlier. The hotel also offer beach towels for €20 deposit and there’s also a shop just under the hotel which opens late and has a lot of selection (but expensive as is most things in Mykonos) There’s a bus stop 5 minutes walking from the hotel which is convenient and cheap at €2 single fare.

Just returned from a fabulous 10-night stay at Pelagos Studios. Very helpful & friendly owners, small family-run studios & rooms. Although the studio could do with some modernisation it was perfectly adequate, we had a top floor with a fab sea view & good sized balcony, daily cleaning (excellent cleaning staff, very friendly & thorough daily clean & tidy). Small supermarket below the apartments with the reception area where you can buy water, drinks, ice-creams & basic supplies. A slightly bigger supermarket on the beach, lovely bakery with cafe round the corner & Cafe (Deli-cious) just up the road which does lovely coffee, pastries & crepes, can also get pizzas etc. Beach only a couple of mins easy walk with a boarded walkway all the way across through a great selection of restaurants, Yialo Yialo great choice for sun bed hire & nice restaurant too. Bus station 5 mins easy walk, with 1/2 hourly buses into Mykonos Town (10/15 mins), €2 each, each way - we absolutely loved the town, many trips morning & evening for fab sunsets, so pretty, windmills & Little Venice. SiaMo great little coffee shop. (Try to avoid busy cruise ship days). Platis Gialos was the perfect resort, close to everything & very quiet. Lovely walks one way over the rocks to Pinky Beach, Scorpios & SantAna, the other way to Nammos Beach & the stunning Bay Area with yachts, looked amazing lit up in the evening. We went 18-28 Sept & weather was amazing. Our first trip to Mykonos & we will definitely return, our new favourite Greek island. We worried about the cost but it is really can be as cheap or expensive as...

Unexpectedly fabulous - can’t believe it is only 2 star rated - gorgeous family owned business, immaculately maintained, still being developed/expanded - great pool(s), complete with poolside bar with reasonable prices (hey, the sun lounges and shade are free so you are saving 20-50€ each anyway) - so close to the beach you can lie in the shade next to the pool and wander into the sea in about the same time it takes to walk from the Bondi corso to the water.

Mini-mart on site also with reasonable prices.

Owners delightfully helpful and full of advice and tips on request. Rooms spotless and delightful older style architecture - double glazed windows, secure double locking doors, quiet and comfy and effective air conditioning. We didn’t use the kitchenette or fridge but they looked perfectly functional. We had an upstairs room with a great view of the sea to the south, and a lovely verandah to could relax on and dry togs and towels etc.

Would stay there again in a flash - they are expanding next door and it looks like it will be superb too, just newer - and there is a deck with a fabulous view above the pool that will have shade and seating by next season too! Lots of...
