Horrifying experience at this place. Avoid at all costs!

I am writing this review to express my utter outrage and disgust with the service here. As a pregnant woman, I have never been treated so poorly and with such blatant disregard for my well-being and basic human decency.

My partner and I arrived to scarps looking for something to drink us it was very hot and I only drink water. Upon being seated, we politely requested water to the waitress. Instead of accommodating our simple request, she handed us a cocktail menu. Clearly, she hadn't understood that we merely wanted water. I reiterated our desire for water, only to be told in a shockingly RUDE manner that I was "not allowed" to drink water and if that was all we wanted, we had to leave immediately. The waitress, a woman with black hair, blue eyes and tattoos, offered us cocktails or sparkling drinks such as Coca-Cola. Taking in mind I’m pregnant (and I told her I couldn’t drink that because of my situation, as well as having specific beverages I must avoid for health reasons). When I explained this she flat-out refused. This was not just ridiculous; it was utterly unacceptable. Her behavior displayed a complete lack of respect and empathy.

But by this point, we were so appalled by the treatment we received, that we decided to leave. However, this girl blocked our exit, insisting that we had to pay for the untouched water before we could leave. Her stance was aggressive and intimidating, more befitting of a security guard than a server. Finally we pay for the water and leave as I was feeling bad.

This was not only unprofessional but potentially reportable to the authorities. No establishment should ever treat a customer, especially a pregnant woman, in such a disgraceful manner. This woman should be fired immediately for her appalling conduct and complete lack of basic decency. The service is beyond atrocious, and the staff clearly do not care about their customers' well-being. This place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry and should be avoided...

My friend and I walked into this establishment and have the tables were empty upon arriving at the table. One of the employees approached us and told us that the table was reserved. Ater getting up from the table, two seconds later, he looked at my friend head to toe at the way he was dressed. after that, he told us OK you can sit on the table. But at that point, we understood he didn’t wanna give us a table so we kind of got up and walked away, but we were so annoyed that we decided to call the owner on the phone and when speaking to the owner, he told us to approach him. We approached him and he almost got physical with me. He couldn’t take the criticism. He literally raised his hand and almost got physical with me. I told him that my money will be no use and that he will stay without customers if he keeps acting like this but he insisted he didn’t “give a bleep.” Stay FARRR AWAY from this place. The owner has no control over his actions and can’t take criticism from his customers or customers to be. By the way, 70% of the restaurant was empty and they told us it was reserved even though a few seconds later they gave us the table. The waitress is SUPER RUDE. At first, there was a guy who took us to sit somewhere and when we asked for another table, he said this is for a larger group however I saw other tables similar size has 2 people not big group like us, however we didn’t argue. Then, he took us somewhere to sit. He didn’t mention where exactly. He left us between two tables. One of them literally had one chair not two(we are couple) and it is in the middle of the way where everyone is going through. So, we picked a table next to it. From no where, the RUDE WAITRESS came and she said to us, my colleague gave you this table, you can’t sit here. When we asked what the difference is between the two tables and we told her that the other table is in the middle of the way where everyone is going through. With ZERO professional and respect manners, she said I have a reason to keep this table available. What the hell on earth she thinks herself, how dare that she speaks to a customer who would pay money for this horrible service. We immediately left the place.
