CERISE BAR — Restaurant in Municipality of Mykonos

Worst experience ever !!! First time in Mykonos and even the island was beautiful, the night at this club was one of the worst we had in general! We started with some shots and even everything seemed ok when we decided to take another round, the main bartender with a small brown ponytail charged us 44€ for just three shots of tequila when the first two were about 21€ each round! We said this is not possible to happen and the whole staff did not want to refund us or at least give us another round of shots free of charge because they said we payed for another person’s drinks, and WE needed to be careful, when the bartender was the one extending the POS at our side without verifying for which kind of drinks we have to pay. They definitely do not know how to do THEIR job right, and the only thing they care about is how they will get most of your money with the least effort and pettiness! After the bartender talked to some kind of manager there, a woman with a long brown hair came towards us and said they will offer us another round of shots free of charge NOT BECAUSE THEY WERE WRONG but because they were being kind!!! Once the shots were delivered we wanted to thank the bartender by a handshake which he was denied with an attitude not even looking at us!!! We of course offered them the mie fir, took our shots and left! One star only because we cannot put zero for this shame of clubs in Mykonos and Greece in general! The fact they were kind of empty as a club every night we were there says a lot about them! Before the whole thing with the shots happen a girl was fainted right in front of the bar and no one from the staff tried to help her! Also in most of the bars and clubs around Greece there is just one person collecting the money either cash or credit in order to avoid the confusion but there all of the bartenders had one POS each, probably to make people to pay a lot more since everyone will be drunk enough to not get what...

We visit Mykonos twice a year for at least 10 days and every time we are here we come to this bar for a cocktail, watch the sunset and dance. The cocktails here are delicious, the staff are friendly and helpful as usual and the DJ is great. And last night we got a table inside the bar. No one booked this table and we chose to drink here. After a while people started to come into the bar. We felt as happy as ever and enjoyed the people around us. We ordered five drinks and when the fifth glass was served, we couldn't finish it. Then a staff member, whom we had never seen before and thought was the manager, told us to move to another table because there were six new customers, which was more than us. There were still tables outside the bar that were not booked. But six customers wanted a table inside. This incident made us feel disappointed and disrespected, which is not right. Went there for drinks with my fiancé to celebrate our engagement, when we got to the counter to order our drinks, the waitress who was clearly drunk or under substances refused to talk to me, and would only speak or take our order from my fiancé. She started to grab his shirt and rub his hair from across the counter, and she had to be told off both from my fiancé and from her colleague. So disrespectful and unprofessional ! He paid for our drinks, but we then realised they mistaken one of our drinks (mine), we’ve asked to change my drink and she charged him twice for my drink !
