ORRENDO - HORRENDOUS - HORRIBLE - HORRENDO Questo posto è organizzato nello spazio di risulta tra il Sant’Anna beach ed il Kalua beach. Pochissimi metri di spiaggia dove sono stipati una marea di lettini senza praticamente alcun servizio per un costo di €40 + €10. Non c’è neanche la doccia, che mi hanno detto dover andare a fare nei beach club adiacenti. Abbiamo fatto una richiesta di prenotazione circa 10 giorni prima del nostro arrivo chiedendo di poter scegliere la fila dell’ombrellone. Mi è stato risposto che non era possibile prenotare la fila, che sarebbe stata scelta in base alla disponibilità del momento e che con questa e.mail avrei avuto la possibilità di arrivare entro le 13.30. Mi viene chiesto di confermare due volte nei giorni successivi, cosa che faccio. Arriviamo in spiaggia ( orrenda, corta, super ricoperta di lettini con tutte barche davanti) alle 10.30 e mi viene detto di aspettare perché erano ancora chiusi, ma che con la ‘reservation’ sarei potuta arrivare entro le 13.30 ed avere la prima o la seconda fila. Spiego al mio interlocutore che la Cosa non mi era stata detta per cui mi ero organizzata per arrivare presto ed attendo felicemente mezz’ora al caldo convinta di avere davanti una discreta giornata di mare in prima fila, essendo l’unica avventrice arrivata. Alle 11.00 guarda la mia prenotazione e mi dice che siccome siamo 7 non può metterci in prima fila perché siamo un gruppo. Alle mie rimostranze arriva una seconda persona che mi dice che le prime due file sono riservate ( ma come??? Mi avete scritto che non si può fare!!!), faccio presente cosa mi era stato risposto via e.mail e mi dice che c’è la V fila… alle mie ulteriori rimostranze mi dice che posso andare via se voglio (😂😂😂), poi dopo un po’ che posso avere la terza fila. Accetto e mentre mi sistemo ci ripensa e mi dice la VI…a quel punto andiamo via. La spiaggia è brutta, i lettini super attaccati anche negli altri stabilimenti, praticamente vive di chi non vuole andare o non trova posto negli altri due stabilimenti più blasonati. Anche no, a mai più. Maleducazione di altissimo...

Staff are extremely rude and lie. We asked for a bed while they were setting up, they became so disgruntled asking if we would at least wait until they open to ask. Nowhere was it written what time the beach opened, all the other beaches were open and operating. We then asked to have a bed in the first row, they said they were reserved so we took a bed in the second row. We then watched as others arrived and asked if they could take those beds to which they responded yes take any. Service was slow and food was average. Much cheaper than surrounding beaches but expect a much lower service and don’t expect...

I dont know what to say for this "beach bar". What i can say... its a HUGE DIAMOND among blood thirsty money....etc etc "bars"... Firstly it is the only place that has normal prices to the whole island...... Secondly the people working there are excellent.... Thirdly you can eat and drink without worrying about any "prices".... Excellent value for money.... All this i am saying not cause it its VfM....cause believe ...we spend more tha 100€ for 2 ppl.... its how they treat you... you are not just...
