We just left this amazing hotel and we loved it!! I chose Greece for my birthday vacation this year and chose this hotel for my Mykonos stay. There's good and bad in everything but In this case the good definitely outweighs the bad. The hotel is beautiful inside and out! The rooms are lovely and spacious. We stayed in 2 different rooms. Check out is at 12 breakfast is until 11am. The breakfast is fantastic. Everything from croissants, different juices, eggs, cookies, cereal, meat and much more! Cons: Taxis are not easy to come by but you can call/try Uber which is still a metered taxi. I tried the Imove app but no luck. The hotel is only a 10-12 minute ride to downtown. However, you can't walk and there are no direct busses that come near the hotel to take. The hotel offers van rides to and from downtown and from the Ferry/Airport but you have to pay €20 PER RIDE possibly more. The hotel also charges for water even in the restaurant so be prepared. Also, the hotel charges for everything, Complimentary is not its style. My advice to the hotel would be to offer free Airport/Ferry shuttle service, that is a useful incentive for future and current guests. A free ride or two to the town or more depending upon the length of a person's stay would go a long way. If available Free upgrades would be helpful to. Hotels do it all the time. Don't just collect our money you show us why we should keep spending it and why we should give reviews. I'm writing this review for free. Guests/customers want to be shown appreciation as well. Your goal is not just to collect our money you need us as well! Offer incentives and do things to keep us coming back, recommend to our friends and make us want to give reviews. Also, the hotel rides are only until 11pm so be sure to have a back up plan or get a taxi at a good time. Outside of that we had no other issues. Now for our 2 rooms: Our first night we stayed in the 3 room villa suite. It was amazing! It has 3 bathrooms and 2 patios. The 1 thing this suite is missing is a private pool but it does have a jacuzzi which is amazing! The main room (living room) has a bed in the middle of the room and a tv. There's a room off to the side and the 3rd room is outside next to the main room. You can access the 3rd room straight from the patio where breakfast is held as there is a gate for private entry. The 2nd room we stayed in was the 2 bedroom executive suite with the private pool. It's clearly a down grade from the 3 room villa but I didn't realize how much of a downgrade it was. It's a nice suite don't get me wrong but it wasn't for us and if I knew I would've kept the villa that was my fault because I wanted to experience the private pool. But if you ask me, keep the villa and the Jacuzzi and if you want a pool go swim in the big infinity one they have on the upper deck for all the guests. The private pool is like a kiddie pool. It's not deep which is good if you just want to sit in the water. But no grown person can actually swim good in it. Also, there's only 1 bathroom. The 2 bedrooms are right next to each other. The room close to the patio is the largest in my opinion and it has a jetted tub in it but the jets aren't strong they are more gentle. The 2nd room has a door for privacy from the others in the room. There is no living area. Again, it's a nice suite it just wasn't what I thought it would be. The service was great! From the front desk to the restaurant! Everyone was helpful, informative and kind! A+ service! Nikos our bartender was amazing!!! He gave us great conversation, such a positive attitude and he was so kind and warm! He opened a bottle for my mom because she couldn't get the cork out. He kept us laughing and gave great service and recommendations. 10 stars for him! If you're lucky enough to meet him give him a shot out because he is great at what he does and mixes drinks...

Read moreA Lovely Hotel with an Amazing View and Good Breakfast!
Our recent stay at this lovely hotel left me with a mix of delight and minor disappointments. The hotel itself is truly charming, with its stunning view of the sea and a delightful breakfast buffet. While the overall experience was worthy of a five-star rating, I had to deduct a star due to two issues that affected our privacy and tranquility.
The highlight of this hotel was undeniably the breathtaking view of the sea. It created a serene atmosphere that was simply mesmerising. Additionally, the breakfast buffet provided a good selection of delicious dishes, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
However, we encountered two challenges during our stay. Firstly, despite booking a room with a shared outside pool, we expected a certain level of privacy. Unfortunately, the pool seemed to be accessible not only to the guests staying in the two apartments facing it but also to other hotel guests. This led to frequent encounters with strangers, disrupting the peaceful atmosphere we had anticipated and we had to ask them all the time to leave the pool. It should not be our job.
Secondly, while the staff was generally friendly, there were instances where they crossed the line of privacy. The staff at the bar seemed unaware of when to engage in conversation and when to provide guests with the desired silence. Small talk is okay, but this lack of understanding occasionally intruded upon our moments of relaxation and interrupted the silence we sought. Here too, it should not be our job to ask for privacy.
In conclusion, this hotel's stunning view and delightful breakfast buffet make it a lovely choice for a stay. However, the shared pool situation and occasional lack of privacy due to the staff's behaviour were factors that prevented me from awarding a full five-star rating. Nevertheless, I recommend this hotel for its overall charm and...
