Avoid at all costs – Clueless staff, zero accountability, and borderline scam behavior!!!
I ordered an Averna Sour, and what I got looked like a foamy mess – nothing like the cocktail I actually asked for. I politely asked the waitress if she even knew what the drink was, and she confidently said yes. Later, I showed her a photo of what an Averna Sour is supposed to look like – dark, smooth, and elegant. She apologized and said she now “understood exactly” what I meant and would bring me a proper one. Drink number two arrived... and again, it was completely wrong. Pale in color, harsh in taste – it felt like someone just dumped straight liqueur into a glass. Undrinkable. I debated saying anything because I already felt awkward, but eventually I mentioned it again when she passed by. I apologized (even though I shouldn’t have had to) and said it was way too strong and simply not right. She offered to bring me a different cocktail instead, and kindly took the full second drink away. This time, a different waitress showed up with the new drink – and made a sarcastic remark like, “Third time’s the charm, right?” At least that one tasted normal. But the real insult came at the end. Yet another waitress came with the bill and told us the staff had spoken with the manager – and we were being charged for two out of the three drinks. My husband had a drink as well, so we weren’t expecting everything to be free. But I was absolutely shocked that I had to pay for drinks that were clearly not what I ordered, especially since the waitress had offered to replace them. I even showed the photo again to prove the point. The waitress who had made the offer to replace the drink disappeared after that and never came back. No one took responsibility, no one apologized properly, and by the end we’d been bounced around by three different servers, none of whom seemed to care at all. We waited 1h and the rest of the group arrived and we wanted more seats and a other table and they told us that if we don't like the condition we can leave.the group moved to the next door restaurant and ordered some complicated dishes and in 30min it arrived, and we were still waiting for 1h 45min when we asked Abt our order they told us that they didn't even started preparing the dishes. After a 30 min more wait we got our food and it was awful the pasta was with no teast the gyros was small and cold and you could get one better at the fast food and the pizza was as it was frozen. Read moreSuch a shame I’m having to give this place a 1 star review. However… we attended for our friends 50th Birthday. We had to send back the Moussaka as it was burnt and were offered a ‘free meal’ to compensate however when the bill came we’d been charged. Upon questioning this and asking to speak to a senior member of staff the managers attitude was awful and she roller her eyes at us. We’d spent almost €200 so it wasn’t an unreasonable request (not that customer service should be based on how much you spend) . Such a shame as the gentleman who’d served us all evening was brilliant. Perhaps he should train the manager in some customer service skills. Would not come here again. Managers should...
